Hampton Inn Kyle

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is modern (about 5 years old) and I really liked the layout of the bathroom with the large shower and the suite with king bed, built in desk, sofa, 2 ottomans and portable desk/table. Continental breakfast was excellent. We have never stayed at a Hampton Inn that wasn't nice.

The low toilet was a little unusual, but I understand you have to accommodate little ones too. I am used to my 17 inch high toilets.

We rented a King with the sofa pull out. The bed and sofa pull out were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of sheets and towels whenever we asked. The breakfast was great and the tables/chairs were clean.

Well you can't change the size of the pool, but we expected something better since the hotel was super nice inside. It was a regular pool.

We forgot some sodas in the fridge. We got down the road and realized it. When we called house keeping had found the items, taken them to the front desk and we went back and got them. We appreciate the help.

Charging extra at check in in case we want something from your high priced store. This is a way to make interest on my money and a down right sorry way to do business. We are traveling again soon. If we find other Hampton Inns doing the same we will look at other motels.

Didn’t have room service while I was there 3 nights. plenty of towels clean room (just maybe stop by to pick up garbage. ) However I did see staff on the floor working hard every day …… thankyou !!

This is my third time to stay with Hampton. The room was very spacious and clean. My favorite part was that the air conditioner at this property had a "constant" setting so I could keep the fan on at night (I sleep better with white noise). As always there was hot water and coffee available regularly which is great. The location is close to pretty much anything you would need.

My consistent complaint is the sheets and bedding but again, this is more of a personal texture preference and nothing actually wrong.

We came to Kyle for a wedding, so this hotel was located perfectly for us. They have a nice pool, and a gym. There's free parking!

The shower head was a bit annoying to operate, and it kept on spritzing onto the bathroom floor. I would suggest offering fresh vegetables during breakfast, and also keep the hot water/coffee station open after breakfast hours.

The location was good, close to highway. The hotel and the room was clean.

Time to do some upgrades, the breakfast was ok, but could have been better. The eggs was not up to standard, to obvious that they were powdered eggs.

Well lit parking lot. Nice lobby, very nice staff, Nice room, nice bathroom, bathtub was immaculate. Great bath, all very clean, very comfortable. Fast quiet elevator. Good variety for breakfast. Lots of coffee. Overall I was very satisfied, no complaints.

Nope all good here.

We were hours away from there, when my daughter notice she left her Bose headphones behind. We called the front office, they kind enough to send it our way. we received it by Wednesday. The location was perfect you can get to any store, restaurants and easily off the expressway.

The price were a little too high.

Everything!!! Staff are super friendly !! Just love this place!! Breakfast is great!! They even have to go bags with a positive message!!

Needs to be just a bit clean! Noise from vehicles on the lower floors you will hear vehicle's going by we stayed on the 4th floor much better!
