room was clean and front desk staff were great

way understaffed during breakfast. food wasn’t coming out fast enough, trash was overflowing, and the 1 lady working couldn’t keep up and looked exhausted. if it were me, I would have walked out. she needed help. I noticed this on both mornings I was there. also, pool area and outside trash was still overflowing from the night before at 9:30 the next morning when I left and went to my car to leave.

Location is perfect for visiting my son. I have stayed here a number of times because of the convenience. The hotel is always well kept up and exceptionally clean. The showers, bed, sofa, and desk area exceed my expectations.

The breakast area needed more help. On the weekends she had a hard time keeping up with the hot dishes and coffee. The hotel is a little pricey for a four night family visit, especially since I do this a couple of times a year.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. I can't say the same for breakfast. The egg muffin tasted rubbery. Packaged Waffles were so sweet. Sausage had no taste. That was only only Sunday morning. Monday morning we just we out for breakfast.

The clerk at desk was friendly at check in and when I called front desk to ask for a razor the front desk clerk the next day was very helpful and friendly too.

perfect location to the university. we went down for a campus tour and it was clean, decent breakfast, and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable too. we booked this place two kore times this year bc it was so great!

My wife and I have stay here a few times and we love the quality we receive here. Overall highly recommend.

Breakfast was just a little too simple but was not bad. Other than that, nothing negative to say during our stays.

Raven and kavika were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Offer coffee bar longer than 9 am. Seems like an inexpensive thing you can do. We all don’t wake up that early. That was very disappointing. We never had any breakfast as well.

Location of the hotel is great and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The road noise was irritating, but there wasn't anything the hotel could do about it. Also, there was only one chair in the room - another place to sit would have been nice.

The location was great and near the campus. The room was comfortable and exactly what we expected. There was a large group of college kids in town for some sort of event, but we could not hear them at all through the walls. That was a huge bonus!

The staff was friendly, but seemed a little overwhelmed at the number of people in the hotel and the lobby during checkout (college-aged kids).
