Quality Inn University near Downtown

Liked: Full hot breakfast. Ease of parking--close to room. Easy handicap access to room. The walk in shower was excellent. Easy access to front desk, ice machine, and snack machines.

With a couple of small modifications, the handicap access of the room could be greatly increased. I would love to discuss that with the management. The traffic along the I35 frontage road was terrible between 3-5pm Mon-Sat., but the quality of the stay overshadowed this

location is always great!

parking got pretty full towards the end of the night and had huge potholes on one side of the parking lot. there were some creepy guys just hanging out around the stairs around the night time!

Ample breakfast, clean,good value for the price.

Map shows location along the southbound I-35 access road but does not indicate which turn-off to take to reach the road. If you overshoot that turn-off, you have to go all the way to the next overpass,go north to the turnoff you missed,cross I35 and go back. Had a hard time finding the light switches.

The breakfast was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They allowed us to bring our puppy for a $15 charge.

A light stayed on all night in the room after I turned off the light! I guess it was like a night light but it was too bright. The room never got dark

It was a nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Room clean and complete. Only thing was you could hear the Neighbour, but that is in most hotels. I would stay there again when I am on the road again.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable!

Not enough towels and they were scratchy. The water pressure was terrible and the bathtub did not drain, but just filled with water.

The location is not bad at all. The rooms were clean enough, and the bed was comfy. The shower is also really good. The a/c wasnt the best but it wasnt bad. I do enjoy when they don't give you a hard time about towels.

Very noisy, i could hear everything upstairs. The bathroom is not bad just really small. I know its hard keeping stuff clean, but the towels had a weird odor. The parking wasnt bad but you better park early or you wont find a spot.

Always a great stay! I’ll always stay here if I’m in this area again! The ac is always so cold the bed is so comfortable!

Parking at night got a lil busy but still a nice stay!

I loved how big the bathroom was! It really helped out since we went to the river everyday!

The manager was super nice but everyone else was weird I did ask for more towels and they told me to put the old ones outside by the door so I did but they never brought me new ones and I had to go ask for more and they would only give me two… I was there for three nights. Other than that everything was great!

The breakfast included eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, fruit juice, coffee and waffles. The staff was excellent. The room was clean and so was the carpet. Dated furniture, so if you want fancy, pay triple and stay elsewhere.
