Location. It was close to restaurants, floating activities and shopping. AC worked great.

First room definitely had someone that smoked. I immediately went back to Lobby and they changed our room without hesitation which I appreciated. Bathroom needed a deeper cleaning( mold in shower). Noise issues- people talking on phone outside of room, could hear people walking in the room above us(seem like all night) and people partying outside their rooms/parking lots. Could hear all this inside of room.

The location was great and front end service was awesome.

The restroom was dirty when they were cleaning the toilet they just left all the chemicals inside the water would stay up in the shower took awhile for it to drain and the mirror was not clean you can see all the water marks and the white comforter was dirty with two big stains I always bring my own sheets for that reason the rug was dirty and smell wet and for breakfast area would be nice to refill

At the time we arrived the front desk personnel was a great help. He gave us a rundown of what to expect and what the hotel had to offer us that evening. Although the kitchen area is being renovated breakfast was limited but other than that we had a very nice and pleasant time at La Quinta. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

Second time staying at this same location with a group of friends. Beds are comfortable, there’s enough towels, they give you soaps in case you forget yours, and have complimentary breakfast.

If you miss the turn-ins, it’s annoying trying to get back to the hotel with all the construction around. And at night, it’s especially easy to miss.

Outstanding staff. Beautiful well maintained hotel. Room was large. Bed was like a cloud. The electronics were up to date. The desk was perfect. The couch was comfortable. The room was clean. Very clean. Smelled very fresh. The hotel was very flexible with our stay. The water pressure was wonderful. Fresh coffee every morning.Greeted by smiling faces.

They should really change their status to does not serve breakfast. This was the one disappointment.

The room on the end of the building away from the main entrance, & elevator is an excellent choice for people that need & want a quiet room.

The shower curtain needs an extra magnet in the middle at the bottom of the shower liner. The shower liner kept sticking to my body while I was taking a shower. I kept pushing it away, but it would pop back out in the middle. It was really annoying please have someone fix that. Also the hallway to my room was too dark please add more lighting in that hallway for security purposes.

This is actually our second stay here . The first visit was so amazing, I knew exactly where we would stay when we came back . My family and I will stay here every time we visit San Marcos !

Everything was great ! The staff super nice and helpful!! The young men at the front desk were amazing !

It was ok in general, room and amenities were good.

Kids playing late night and other neighbors smoking weed was the only issue, and not a lot of options for breakfast food.

Friendly staff, convient location and comfortable stay.

It was a little outdated, the bathroom needed some updating and the tv didn’t work.

We stay there often and have never had any issues, however it wasn’t until check in that we were advised of no breakfast.. by then it was to late to try to book another room even though they offered to waive any cancellation fees. Overall our stay was still pleasant and we will continue to use them when in town
