it was clean, attractive, and in a convenient location. The staff was courteous and helpful. rooms were nice.

Our room faced an unpaved, un-landscaped area, but the view was not the issue. The hotel is in a relatively high traffic area, which gave me some concern about my car sitting in the lot. I am aware that cars left in open lots at hotels are frequent targets of burglars (or thieves) and removed all valuables, but it IS always a risk. I would have loved to be able to look out my window and see it in the lot. An acceptable alternative would have been to park it under a light in the existing lot, but there were very few lights in the parking lot (though there were more in the handicapped parking area.) Ultimately I just found the best spot I could and crossed my fingers. All turned out well

staff was amazing from the moment we arrived through out our stay. We where greeted every time we speak passed the front desk. Our location to Galveston and Houston was perfect giving us that perfect away from the crowds.

The method of fee that appears on our account after they take the whole amount the first night. Every day of our stay we where charged a holding fee but was charged our full room stay prior. Staff was very understanding and took the time to explain.

The bed was comfortable! It was plenty big for our family of 5. The weather had caused some of the electricity to be out. We only had half pf ours working on the room. We were warned of this when we checked in, and the other half came back on within a couple of hours. It was also nice that they are pet friendly.

It would have been nice if they had had a hot breakfast. Evidently they don't have it on the weekend. They do not tell you that on the app. The grab and go was fine, but i would have liked to have known that is what is served on the weekend when i booked it.

So peaceful! So clean! So quiet! The staff are outstanding and the breakfast was hot and delicious! not just a single wrapped danish, but hot eggs and waffles etc.! We came to visit family and chose this hotel near where they live and we are impressed! Very nice facility and such professional staff!

Not a thing! Even the parking lot was clean and had ample parking!

I loved how CLEAN the facility was kept and maintained throughout our stay. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and very accommodating.

The pool was not "operable", due to the pH levels not being balanced. They were awaiting the pool maintenance company to come and service the pool. Other guests chose to utilize the pool against their advise, and seemed to have no issues or resulting effects.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The place was nice and clean. The room was bigger than I expected and furniture was nice and new looking. Smelled great too. Breakfast was the best. Will definitely go back to this hotel for next time. The room had double blinds for you to choose from and it was extra dark when both were down so that was new to me and wonderful.

Very nice accomidations for the price. Very quiet and super friendly staff ready to help if you need assistance. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I can't think of anything that I did not like. My stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

The night clerk on May 19th was wonderful and made our check in fast and easy.

I wish the breakfast would've been better. More of a selection is needed. We had one family member that couldn't eat anything but toast. It just didn't seem to have a good selection. Everything else was amazing. Thank you

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, the neighbors were quiet and respectful and the breakfast was a plus. We would stay again if we were back in the area.

location was perfect for us. very nice staff and very helpful. was planning on staying one night but had to extend another day. they made it easy for us and got to stay in the same room. very pleased.
