Comfort Suites Seabrook - Kemah

Surroundings aren’t scenic, but very convenient to Galveston and NASA. Room was lovely and spacious. Actually a little bar and restaurant off the lobby, which I appreciated. Quite decent breakfast (raisin bread was a nice touch!). Machines in guest laundry rather old and noisy, but did a fine job (for cheap) with my clothes. Great little pizzeria nearby, Marco’s Pizza.

A bit hard to get around because of road construction, but that’s temporary.

The whole stay was excellent.I am so very bad with names ,but,we arrived early,and the gentleman at the desk was extremely friendly and accommodating stating,We will have a room ready 1n 10 minutes.We were tired and the restaurant around the corner was closed.Hotel had a sign about Happy Hour and a menu posted.We were pleasantly impressed by the menu.The woman tending bar was engaging and attentive.The food was very tasty.Unfortunately we received a call during the night having to cancel the rest of our down time.Staff were great in response to our problem and canceled the last night with no static.Thanks to you all!!!

Scenery,City is growing big time,lots of construction,but everything is good.

I absolutely loved the decor of this property, the staff, the rooms and the beautiful pool. It was such a pleasant experience to stay there. The front desk staff especially were super friendly and helpful when I was in a bind for a hotel room. I will definitely return here again in the future! Definitely worth the price!

The only complaint I have is my pillowcase had what looked like blood or chocolate possibly?

I really like there is a kitchen at the hotel serving until 10 PM also selling alcohol drinks. The room was big and clean. Bed was comfy. I like the bottle water in the room and the coffee machine. Hotel is 15 min away from Nasa, 40 min away from Galveston and about 45 min away from Houston downtown, people should consider these distances according to their needs.

A waffle maker would be great at the breakfast for families with children.

The breakfast was good and the location worked with my time there. I was not able to check out with anyone. I came down about 4:30am and called out a few times and no one answered. So I walked out to catch my ride to the airport.

I didn't like that there was no one available to check me out and give a receipt to me. It's been two days and I have not received my receipt from you.

The location to the destination we were attending, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, friendly understanding staff and especially because they have a bar downstairs and offered a full breakfast. How the manager took care of a small issue we had immediately, so I’d like to thanks him.

That the first room we had looked like the room door had been broken into but the manager got on it and offered us another room so we moved and the room door was fine so thanks to the manager for quickly handling the situation.

This property was amazing for my significant other and I . We loved it and the employees were super nice .

This really has nothing to do with the property but the roads around were under construction so when we first arrive it did takes us about 20 extra minutes just trying to get into the property .

The bf was good. There was a man always refilling and cleaning during breakfast. the beds were comfy. The room was clean and smelled good.

the restaurant at night wasn’t that good. I liked the cheese sticks and Mac n cheese. stay away from the meatloaf.

The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were a good value.

There was a piece of bread that had been left behind a small wall in the room. Given the location I could see how it could have missed but unfortunately it was the first thing I noticed when I set our bags down. The staff was very apologetic about the issue. Aside from that, the room seemed to be clean.

I liked the price and the food was great I liked the location. It was close for what I needed to do.

It was very clean and the staff was great. If I needed anything they helped me for what I needed. The food I got for supper was very good. I would suggest it to everybody. The staff was very helpful and very nice and pleasant to talk to
