Parking was easy, plenteous, and the lot is well lit. Walked into a clean & fresh smelling lobby. I was greeted by Rebecca who was Amazing & very helpful. The place must be well insulated because we did not hear a thing once inside of our room. The rooms are HUGE and was perfect for a family of 5!!! Plenty of storage! Room was very clean and comfy! Breakfast was the BEST WE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL! Sausages, breakfast potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, omelets, sunny side up eggs, hash brown patties, and sausage egg & cheese biscuits/bagels. Cold options like cereal/yogurt with all the toppings. Pool area was a 10! The kids loved it!!! Everything about this place deserves a 10! Def our go to hotel now in La Porte🤩

Anne at the Breakfast is the best. Super kind, attentive and always puts a smile on your face. She makes sure you are taken care of. The rooms are nice. We booked a suite and it was large, lots of room with a desk, couch, big fridge and large bathroom. Great size and layout. Parking was easy and safe. They also have an outdoor grill if you care to use it, fire pit and food options across the street. We used their drink kiosk often which has snacks and even picked up food and ate in lobby since it was comfy. Highly recommend if you are here for work. Fitness center was super nice too. Would def. stay here again.

Fox News played every day all day on the TV in the lobby. WIsh they would put on the Weather Channel instead.

Hotel it self was beautiful and spotless and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was spot on . Maybe have bacon and sausage sometimes.

Everything was great except the pool, it had bugs in it and I told the staff. They said the maintenance person normally cleans it but he was off the weekend, I don't think it was clean never had that happen before. Bugs mean algae and it means bacteria. The pillows was too soft for me, I like firm pillows but the beds was great.

I didn’t like how we had to wait so long for breakfast to be served everything would run out and staff took to long to restock there was a long line almost to front desk wrap around table .one other thing I didn’t like was that pool closes to early so you can’t enjoy what you payed for it’s the summer it should close atleast until 12 on summer breaks

I liked the spacious bathroom with nice quality towels. The ability to pull the curtain between the sofa and bed areas was something different than other suite type hotels I have stayed at. The breakfast options were fantastic, something for everyone! I also liked the sizable fridge/freezer to store enough food and drinks for my entire stay.

I don't have any negatives about this stay.

The facility was beautiful and clean. Staffing were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and comfortable beds. The free breakfast was great everyday we were there. Would definitely return to this location. It was very close to alot of things to do. And would recommend it to others looking for a good place to stay.

The only 1thing we did not like was that the pool needed to be cleaned a little better. Guessing with the rain and the wind possibly blew in some little bugs from the field behind it. It wasn't terribly but I'd rather not swim in the pool with bugs little or not.

The room was great. I was not expecting the room to have a full mini kitchen. No need to bring shampoo or shower gel as that is supplied. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was great as well!

Kristi and the rest of the staff were very friendly. The 2 ladies at breakfast did an amazing job keeping fresh food available.

Very clean comfortable with a modern look and lots of different choices for breakfast. Nice pool and gym. Friendly staff both in person and on the phone.

Weak shower head but happy to say it got fixed. Would be nice to have housekeeping on request during the weekends rather than having to take out trash and towels to the front desk but I understand there might be a staff shortage.

This hotel room was VERY quiet 😍, very spacious, and very comfortable bed with various types of pillows to chose from! The kitchenette had a few dishes and flatware ("silverware"), and would be great for longer stays. All of this AND pet-friendly, since we had our well-behaved fur-baby!

The only suggestion I have is that the hotel NOT have a weight restriction to the pet-"friendly" policy--which, by the way, was not disclosed until we arrived and checked in. This error falls on both the hotel and Booking.com site. As it turns out, although our golden/ poodle-mix is over 50 lbs, the clerk did not make us leave or charge extra.
