Best Western Plus Laredo Inn & Suites

well what can I say. I have been staying here several times for the past few years. will not go anywhere else. this is my favorite place. Everything is so close. And the customer service is great. The children love the breakfast there. I enjoy the coffee and the view is wonderful. I rather be indoor than outdoor. is so hot . The ac work really well in the summer

The pool was being cleaned out and was not open when we wanted to use it. But don’t take this as a complaint. As soon as they were done we were able to enjoy clean pool and jacuzzi.

We travel to Laredo often as my family lives there. This location was perfect! Under 5 minutes away from my mothers house, which made it so much better! The staff was polite, professional and very efficient. Breakfast was perfect!

The only complaint, which is not the hotels fault is the family staying in the room above ours. I'm not sure if they had 1 or more children but they kept running back and forth a lot! Luckily it wasn't during late hours of the night.

I didn’t have time for breakfast. Hotel is much better than most of the brand name hotels in the area. I will be staying here from now on. My T-Mobile hotspot worked from the hotel, meaning I could work from the hotel. A big plus!

Maybe the shower pressure. I think it was a bit low. Also, the shower was not properly positioned. It’s not central. Not a big deal to me though.

The pictures really do this place no justice. First off, yes, the lobby looks crazy. The color combinations are wild but they are not indicative of the rooms. I was fully prepared to be in a substandard room, I mean brought my own sheets and towels, pillow etc. My anxiety immediately dissipated when I got off the elevator and opened up my room. The room was clean. The beds were made. (Queen room). The sheets were clean, clean. The bathroom was immaculate. I hate to let the world know, because I will be back whenever I visit Laredo again, this Best Western was amazing. Thank you Best Western Plus Laredo. Oh yeah, the staff was professional and friendly too. Thank you.

I always like it here it’s very convenient and close to my business trip. Love it.

This is the second time in a row when I came the last time the tub was not clean saw hair and needs more attention of housekeeping in the rooms. I always keep the key until 12:00 because right before I finish doing my business shopping I come back and use the bathroom before I return home for a 7 hour drive. Except today I come back and the housekeeper has already cleaned the whole room up and collected my belongings. I happen to come back and she was very nice and gave me my stuff back but I was not ready to clear out the room. It was rude for them to come in there before I checked out. I got upset because never happened so I just left.

Breakfast was Great and good location

The King bed was not comfortable. woke with back hurting all 4 mornings. First time that that has happened staying here.

The building was very up to date and was extremely clean 🫧 The rooms were also well prepared when we checked into our designated room. For the room we got, (two beds) there was a LOT of extra space. It was very very nice.

the ac barely worked, the light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling, the shower wasn’t great. you had to really pull to get the shower to come on

The staff was very respectful and very helpful. It didn't take long for the check in. The rooms are very clean. Great service. The television is so easy to work. Other places I had trouble working the TV. Great lighting on the parking lot. Easy and convenient location right off the highway.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like.

The location was good for us. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The internet was not great. The air-conditioner was noisy.
