Red Roof Inn Laredo

It was a great value, close to the highway, service was very accommodating, extremely hassle free, everything was CLEAN! This was my second stay and I will stay again. This will be my go-to stop when traveling this route.

Elevator happened to be out of service one of the mornings making my baggage transport difficult, but it only happened once. I don't think this is a regular occurrence.

I loved the room being so comfortable and the hotel close to many sites

It was 10:50 am and there was loud banging on my door asking if I was gonna check out or stay, I said check out, then 5 min later, again another person loudly banging on my door stating it was already 11 and I had to leave. That is extremely poor and disrespectful service as my family and I felt thrown out. A phone ring and some grace time of 11-11:30 to check out would have been much more appreciated for repetitive guests like myself. I hope something is done about this, I am really disappointed 😞

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the young lady at check in was phenomenal. She was quick to check me in while maintaining a professional attitude and smile. The room was comfy. Not too much, but just what I needed to lay my head. Quiet too.

My stay was actually pretty good; so there isn't anything a didn't like

Room was clean and there wasn’t too much noise from the hallways. Room was also comfortable in temperature and coziness of the bed. Shower was also good and bathroom had plenty of space as we requested a room with disability accessible.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim and the bathroom did not have any ventilation or heater which did cause condensation on the mirror, but overall the room was comfortable.

It was central to a lot of stores and that was good. The bed when I lifted up the sheets to just check to make sure I actually had a bed that had been cleaned properly the way the bed was made let me know they didn’t use fresh sheets they were wrinkled and the mattress when I picked up all the sheets and covers it’s was stained and soiled mattress on one side to the middle so I just slept on the side where the stain was not at. The carpet part wasn’t vacuumed it had dirt on it. I have pics of the stains on the mattress if you need me to send it

i liked the swimming pool

i didnt like that when i check in i couldnt change my room for another one or at least one in the second floor since i smoke n so i would go smoke and come back fast to the room so we were in the 4 th floor then the elevator stopped working so we had to take the stairs that was exhausting sometimes i had bags and stuff and had to take more then one trip to the room really bad experience

A small breakfast would of been nice and a refrigerator and microwave in the room would of been nice too.

tractor units of 18 wheelers should have a special spot. They hog the back part of the parking lot. And if I had parked there and another tractor drove it, would I have been able to get out in my pickup truck? Had to remember to request for a tub in a bathroom. One time I booked a room and got a special access shower. I didnot like it.

They gave me a nicer room.

Reservation on booking.com not received at hotel. Thank goodneds hotel had extra rooms. Hotel said red roof had internet problems. Lol. They got my pay for the room in advance.

the location was convenient for everything.

the only problem I encountered was the chiggers. I have two small dogs and would at first allow them to roam in the larger grassy areas until I realized we were all ate up by chiggers. 😕
