Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Laredo

it’s always nice staying here. The people are friendly. The staff is welcoming for both Hispanics and Americans. very well trained staff. very respectable. I’m a professional driver with my wife and we’re always staying at this days inn only. any other days inn isn’t worth my money. The location is perfect. There’s restaurants in walking distance. They have gas stations up the road. The room is comfortable I can’t complain on anything. They accept Pets. 15 dollar charge no problem. They have a clean nice pool with BBQ grills and a picnic table. very family friendly or anyone who wants to get away and relax.

The breakfast could do a little help, there’s no reason why you can’t serve a little more different options on the food. otherwise breakfast was good.

The check-in area was impeccably clean and uncluttered with a business desk and computer with internet. Breakfast in a bag was available and satisfying containing a muffin, energy bar, a fruit cut, and an orange juice cup. It was a treat especially when other hotels did away with it totally because of Wuhan China COVID-19 Corona Virus. The mattress was incredibly comfortable given I prefer it firm. The room was large with plenty of space; I especially liked the double room with a sofa, chair, desk, TV, fridge and microwave. Both TVs worked well with good working remotes. The a/c kept the room comfortably cool at 70 degrees with no need to adjust it. The restroom was exceptionally clean and roomy; the shower was clean and the water temperature was easily adjustable, with plenty of hot water, and with good pressure. I will stay here again next time I'm in town. The staff was courteous and responsive to requests for additional supplies. Thank you Greg!

The proximity of the railroad to the property meant loud horns blaring but only during busy times. The double room chair had an obvious and unidentifiable stain on the back rest. The appliances are dated but functional. Building 3 upstairs has a cigarette smoke smell but not in the non-smoking room I occupied. The door to the second floor opens without the need for a customer door key; anyone can enter the property. Despite the fact, the area is closely monitored via CC security cameras easily visible at the front desk. I felt safe parking my car on the property and with the safety of the city area.

It was hot outside but the air conditioner had been on to welcome us! Very good breakfast in the morning. Eating area was large and the cook was right close to keep track and refill dishes.

It was a very large facility but was easy to find our room. Really no complaints.

Overall the hotel was good and location was good, close Golden Corral and other restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly and has a nice breakfast.

Traffic noise is there, as it's beside two major freeways. But if you run the fan it quiets the noise down.

They a room that smelled badly...wet , it was holiday and they didn't have any rooms. As soon as one was available they gave me a suite to make up for it. They also serve great breakfast 6am. yay

The breakfast was great everything that had to be hot was hot and cold was cold. I really enjoyed it.

The ATM wasn't working. I had to go to different places to get one that would work with my bank.

I don't like the fact that they take a copy of your credit/ debt card.... I got a little angry when the guy put my DL and card to take a copy... that's a no-no... i stop them. But I guy stated that it was standard practices from the owners and management.. i asked them where the copies go when I checked out... he didn't know!! I will not do business with anyone that does that... i will not be back... great place, too bad management sucks

Everything is perfect at this location everyone is friendly and very helpful, especially front desk. Accomodations were excellent, thank you Ana Martinez, you always carry a smile on your face. You're the best.

My favorite place in Laredo. Breakfast is over the top and during covid they stepped up with a to go bag. Ok, it's not the eggs and sausage but was not bad. Staff is always nice, been using this motel for a few years. My favorite bargain hotel. Internet is not so bad either, don't hold a meeting with 20.
