La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Laredo I-35

Room excellent. Breakfast nice. Bed excellent…some noise early morning by the San Bernardo ST and 35 HWY, but no problem with that.

The person who attended me upon my arrival informed me that my payment had not been made to the hotel directly and I had to give her my credit card again but finally everything was resolved with no additional charge to my card. Booking had already charged my card the day before my arrival. Some confusion but your representative was able to resolve it. Thank you.

The room is fine, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is small but OK. There was s a mini bar and a micro wave oven which was a good surprise. The smart tv new and big, with several streaming platforms available. The staff was friendly.

The stair (and specially under) was full of trash, and the floor of the halls to get to the room were very dirty. Almost made me turn around and look for another hotel, because I thought the room was going to as the outside.

The bathroom was comfortable and the bed was good. It is very close to a big avenue but I was not disturbed by the traffic at night. The breakfast is OK. Liked the opening hours for breakfast : 6 am - 9 am.

The place is a little bit run down but after the Covid period, no wonder really. It ends too expensive though. The bulb of one bed side lamp was dead. I sent several messages asking about transportation from the airport and never got any reply. Did not appreciate that. However, the front desk staff was very helpful.

It was very quiet for how downtown it was. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

I didn't really like how far we had to park our car from the window of our room. There was a lot of activity in the parking lot and it made me nervous because we had a car carrier on top of our car with our things in it.

The staff are wonderful. The room was very comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay with my pup before crossing the border. I was able to wash my car nearby, make a money exchange for pesos nearby, and go to Sam's for cheap gas. I have stayed here before, and will stay again.

Clean up the trash on the hotel grounds. Please.

The people were very nice and breakfast was good. Our kids enjoyed the Texas shaped Waffles. I loved the coffee!

We rented 2 rooms but there were a couple of problems with 1 of them. The AC didn't cool enough. The hot water ran out fast and there was a blinking (blinding) light right outside the front door of the room. The other room was good but we only got 3 towels And there were 4 of us.

I chose La Quinta for its location The Front Staff was very professional , Real nice greetings from Staff, I got my room but it was far from my vehicle ,didn't like location of room. So I went alittle later to asked to be moved ,They treated me very special , They gave me another room with parking right in front for my vehicle I will be staying at La. Quinta on I-35 when I'm come to Laredo tx

I dont have nothing bad to say about La Quinta on I-35 The place is being remodeled that I cannot say anything negative

This is the second time in less than a month we visit La Quinta and we perceive great improvements in the facilities and customer service.

A little bit noisy (the surroundings). But nothing that prevents you to have a good sleep.

The location around the hotel is amazing walking distance to taco stands and Mexican pottery stores.

The Room I originally got smelled very bad but once I told the worker they gave me a clean nice room.

The generosity. Cleaned room and the peace and quiet.

I really don't like a corner room. With her room in the middle other than that it's all good.
