The room was spacious and clean, and the location was great (at the end of the main strip on the way to Marfa Lights observatory). All motel-style ground floor rooms with parking directly in front of the room for easy access and unloading/loading.

The pool wasn't open. The fellow in the office was very polite and helpful, but after we checked out he called us and asked us if we had taken a pillow from the room. He was a bit accusatory at first, but softened when I assured him we hadn't.

Excellent location on the outskirts of Marfa. Texas-sized rooms - and I mean it! Very clean, very comfy beds. A fridge and so on. Excellent!

I stayed one night and I paid about $80. I liked the place and needed to stay another night. The guy moved me to another room. And I had to pay $10 more. My credit card was charged without notification. I asked why. Because the first night I had booked on Booking.com, and the second night was their "standard" price. Bottomline: Use Booking.com even if you are already staying there.

The room was big. It was updated and renovated. The bed mattress pillows were great. It had a large tv. It also had a wonderful couch. It had a microwave and refrigerator. Great deal

The only thing that needed to be looked at was the ironing board that had parts of the metal sticking up which needed to be addressed. But very minor in the overall scheme of things

Clean rooms

Surprised by the maid telling us we could be charged an additional night because we had not vacated at 11:00. I have never seen an 11:00 am checkout before; only 12:00. They did not charge us thankfully. We we’re only a handful of rooms so I don’t know what the rush was.

This hotel is awesome! We loved the quiet and location. Its a short ride to the MARFA LIGHTS viewing center. and we were lucky enough to experience the lights our third night. You definitely want to plan on a few days as the aliens(?) are unpredictable! The manager and her staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are as spacious as a luxury hotel. We brought our Chihuahuas and it was very pet friendly. The only downside is Marfa has no restaurants that do deliveries, but the manger hooked up us with a caterer who barbecued some extra plates for us...

No restaurants nearby in Marfa are open late. No coffee pot in the room but picked up a cheap one at a nearby dollar store and it worked out great!

The location was perfect and convenient! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They allowed dogs, and the additional fee for them was reasonable. Nice little pool. I would stay there again.

No hangers or drawers to put clothes in. Although the coffee was great, you had to get it from the lobby.

In spite of the rather disinterested, sullen attitude of the woman who checked me in, my room was lovely, clean , comfy.

Since you asked, I’ll bring out my picky side: the room numbers on the doors are so small I almost needed binoculars to find mine. Had to drive fully into a parking space in front of a door to read the number. Must’ve been too expensive to put readable sized numbers on the doors. I’ve never seen numbers so tiny. I know. This really was a picky “little” complaint. But you asked

booked a motel over my average spending, because it had a pool. Sadly when we got there, the pool motor was not running and you could not even see the bottom of the pool, and was still not even closed down. Was definitely not swimmable or up to standards.

Cassie was so friendly and helpful . Gave us lots of tips on local and state places of interest . She couldn’t have been nicer . Rooms were spotless and well equipped . Great location - It was a short walk to the centre of Marfa . Don’t hesitate to book it .

Huge room with an actual table and chairs. We had a snack in our room and didn't have to eat with plates on our laps. Very helpful front desk person. Small motel style stay, just a few rooms so it seemed cozy and quaint.

A bit noisy as cars were coming and going. No breakfast, but there was coffee.
