I like the fact that they have handicapped rooms few other hotels or motels have handicapped accessible rooms

The manager tried to make me pay cash after I already paid online and wouldn’t take no as an answer. The room smelt like cigarettes. There was live electrical wires exposed. There wasn’t a blanket, only a sheet. And there was blood on the toilet paper roll upon arrival. That place needs to be permanently closed down. I want my money back. It was so bad that I left at 7 am the next morning and sat in the parking lot of my job site for 2 hours just to get away from that hotel.

Went to check in and front desk woman started screaming, had to change rooms 5 times due to them being dirty , shower didn’t work , ac didn’t work either and worst part is she didn’t try to find a solution. I asked to speak to someone higher up and she kept walking away.
