Staff is always very friendly! Clean and tidy! Rooms very comfortable! One of the cleaning gals, Katherine, works her rear end off….non stop….from emptying trash cans in pool area and hauling out to dumpster to washing the windows (even retouching if she missed a spot or a smear), to moping everywhere! She’s deaf and keeps to herself a lot, but I love visiting with her when I’m staying there! Pool area is really nice, especially since Midland is so hot! Shuttle service to and from the airport is super!

Very clean fairly new facility or they keep it looking like new. They also provided candy gummy bears at customer service free for guest...Very friendly...Very helpful and kind.

Didn't find anything I did not like...Not enough time to spend there...Swimming pool would of been nice to use but after eating dinner and working all day...Too tired to go swimming...maybe next time I stay there...it's a must.

We have stayed here before and we love the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The hotel as soon as you walk in you smell the clealiness and the protocol for covid. This is my favorite ace to stay.

That I carry my own towels I forgot them. But that's okay i have plenty . I still use the hotel towels.

Great location and safe area by HEB and SAMS. The mattress was very comfortable and the bed sheets were soft. The room was very quite. The breakfast variety was good even with Covid precautions. The pool was clean. The workout room was good and clean. The breakfast area and lounge area were clean and inviting. I highly recommend this property. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The staff seemed indifferent. When we checked in and checked out two different people seemed annoyed to be there. But did the job, I guess.

The location was easy to get to. Check in was friendly and easy. Staff was very nice. We didn’t stay for breakfast, but it looked like a nice selection of self service items. We thought the room was perfect for two of us.very clean and comfortable. We were far enough from the Loop that there wasn’t any highway noise.

This is the third time we stay here. Like always very clean and pleasant. We are greeted with a welcome kindness. The rooms are very clean . The beds are so comfortable. We always get a good night's sleep. It's also quiet.

On arrival to the hotel had great curb appeal and entering the building and it looked very comfortable and well maintained. Caroline at the front desk was awesome!!! My flight was cancelled and unexpected and without notice she allowed me early check-in with a smile.

Our room was quiet,the beds were comfy,and the A/C kept the room wonderfully cool! Thee staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The bathtub had a slight slope to it, and was slippery when being used for showering.
