The staff was amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Very professional and competent. The beds were comfortable.

We found a marijuana smoking pen in the bathroom just behind the edge of the mirror, and the room smelt like weed, slightly. They offered us a new room, but we were ok with the smell, and my wife just had surgery in Dallas and needed a room near the outer door. The maids would need to very look hard to see the pen, it was hidden, I just saw it when going to the bathroom. The main thing was that the pool was very green, couldn't see bottom of pool, full of alge so we didn't swim when we wanted to.

Great location, easy access  to roads and stores. Huge parking space. Great modern open lobby. The facilities looked and smelled clean. Breakast was good.  Lobby caters to every kinds of guests; an area for games( billiard), cubicles for business folks, bars and benches, dining & meetinhg. Nice set up Our room has a great layout with modern furnitures and fixtures. Simple and practical use of space. We appreciate that it has wooden floors. Modern electrical outlets with USB port. Ambient room lighting. Appreciate they use refillable toiletries. Bathroom towels and bed linens smelled fresh and clean.

Rooms need sound proofing. We can hear all thr nices everywhere. Beds and pillows were too soft for us. Shower glass door leaks alot of water. After we used it, the room looked  flooded. I'm glad they gave us floor rug. The shower door isn't sealed well so the water leaks,seeps through the rubber.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were welcoming and the lobby area felt like a "home". I loved the amount of space, communal sitting areas and games/activities for guests. We tried using the pool but the weather was too cold but it looked nice. And the outdoor sitting area looked very inviting. Overall, the environment felt like a home away from home.

Everything was amazing. Initially I was disappointed there was no microwave in the room but I discovered there was one in the lobby. One may consider that inconvenient, but it added to.the communal/family feel.

Excellent basic hotel with a modern and interactive vibe. Room was large and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable and linens were clean and decent quality. Bathroom was large and bright with spacious walk-in shower. Breakfast was good with coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24/7 in foyer. The foyer consists of reception, breakfast area, public space for games, snack bar, charging stations at tables. Pool is available but we didn’t use it. Location was good with restaurants/bars/shopping/fuel.

Checkin was friendly and fast but she didn’t provide all the details for amenities and services.

The front staff was great she was amazing she greeted us and took care of us we forgot the bottle of water but she said take some the breakfast was ok Thank you 😊 for everything

The room was just ok the mini fridge was not clean enough and no microwave 😭 no housekeeping came in but it all good we stayed for 3 days The breakfast was okay but not a lot of options for my liking my husband didn't eat at all we from the South ( Alabama ) we love food me I love fruits just apples was out for the fruit Thanks 👍🏼for everything

Staff was very friendly and cheerful. Staff was very interactive with guests. Hotel itself was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good, had an American breakfast setting.

Hotel is next to a bar/club, and we could hear the loud music till 2 a.m. Beds were comfy, but the pillows did not have any support, very soft pillows. As I checked my folio, I noticed that I had been charged 14.25 for Eat and Sip, which is their snack bar. We never got anything from that, yet we were charged. I had to call the hotel to have them remove that charge. I just don't understand how that charge was there to begin with??

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big, it is clean and the beds are good, the location is good and the staff is friendly and kind.

The only thing I did not like is that they did not have a microwave in the room, and that it is a bit noisy, we were not lucky, the person next to me had small children and they cried a lot at night and in the room above them they were on their honeymoon , at 6:00 am in the morning a lady was yelling a lot, it is a family hotel and it was very uncomfortable.

This hotel was really nice, staff were super nice and helpful and friendly. Location from airport is 2 miles and really close to grocery store (Sams or HEB) there are food locations close. Parking was nice, big Lott and there were work trucks with trailers and still plenty of room for a lot more parking. very quiet property.

There was a dirt trail throughout the hotel in the hallway from the night we stayed till the next morning we left around 10am and noticed the dirt trail around 9pm the night before and was never cleaned up from when it happened to when we left. But cleanliness is great here other than this.

Loved how personable it was how well we were showed where everything was directed and location to the elevators to the floors knew exactly what room to go to and how to get there like explain the breakfast options to us and that's a plus everybody was so friendly and nice and respectful they have a pool table downstairs you can play pool they have a big old TV I'm sitting watch TV downstairs so you can have some just alone time if he came with your family it's just a really good clean very clean very very clean hotel the bed is super comfortable.

I don't like how they put a :-( on this because there's nothing I would change and there's no reason to have a :-( this was an awesome experience everybody needs to go to tru

Its is very conveniently located for the things I do when I'm in Midland. Its a nice new hotel, so its clean and currently in good repair. Its walking distance to a couple of decent restaurants and just a minute or two from a grocery store.

Breakfast isn't that great, the eggs are not good and there isn't much choice. They offer a breakfast, there's a LOT of wheat on the menu. Anyone with any kind of limited or dietary restrictions is probably going to struggle.
