Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Mcallen

The beds are comfortable, and the room was clean and big. No musty smell. The remodeled bathroom was master suite standards. The blackout screen on the window. Soft pillows.

Our window view was not great. We packed our luggage in our car at 6 am and the exterior lights were not on, it was dark, and it did not feel safe. Only 1 elevator. I got locked out of my room and housekeeping saw me come out of my room, I asked her to let me back in and she was rude and told me to ask another housekeeper for help and kept walking.

Hampton Inn has never disappointed me... So I find it all convenient and good price and all I need every time I stay through out the US. So, well, from room size to comfy beds, to good breakfast, easy check in/out and parking... all great for me!

The swimming pool is not bad at all locations. Basically is fair enough, but not an attractive one; meaning that it isn´t the type that invites you to take the time and enjoy. But I don´t care!!!!

Liked that I didnt have to check out till 12. Liked that was able to sleep like a baby and woke up like I actually got sleep, and the best part was the coffee at main entrance coffee was really good my fiance liked the hot chocolate she he had

There were 3 things one was had to reschedule my stay accidentally booked a day before I was going to get there so called booking CS 4 days before and changed it and when I got to property had to struggle for 30 min to get my room cause someone on hotel end didnt reschedule it and had to call booking CS again to get my room. Then the second thing is found a roach in the side drawer so killed it. An finally was the pool wasn't clean I didn't go in cause from room I stayed at was able to see pool and could see leaves, dirt, and beer cans in there.

The location was perfect access to everything we wanted staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of different places to go for entertainment, meals big beds, and the Breakfast Was Awesome well definitely stay here again.

This is very minor but if you could have trays to carry the food especially the hot coffee that would be Great.

Staff was friendly and provided detailed information. The room had everything we needed.

Pillows weren't comfortable. They were pretty flat. Maybe more Pillows could've helped some.

The staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities very clean. Breakfast was perfect and very organized. Service excellent. Just the swimming pool needs to be clean more odtwn.

The water in the swimming pool was not the cleanest. I find some hair in it and I didn't use it to often because that.

Everything was great! It was clean , comfortable and staff was pleasant .

While taking a shower the water wouldn’t go down the drain fast enough so the water would pool up in the tub . Not too big of a deal but it would be nice if the water wouldn’t Pool to your angles while taking a shower .

Location clean facilities. towels available in different areas to keep cleaning surface as preventive C19

Breakfast service. Too slow and not enough meal. checkout completed, but still open on my credit card charge not recognized.

The personnel, the facilities, and the cleanest I’m sure if I go back to McAllen that’s the place I’m gonna stay
