Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Richmond

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went to get the car while my 83 yr old mom (very thin skin) went to the lobby to wait for me. Somehow she bumped her arm on the way and it was bleeding. The lady at the desk noticed it and immediately retrieved a first aid kit. She cleaned and bandaged mom's arm -- all this was done before I pulled up to the front door. She was very impressed because she said that all she was going to ask the lady for was a paper towel/napkin. I am beyond impressed! Thank you for caring about your guests.

The hotel was very nice for the price, also rooms were very spacious. We were originally in one room, but our ac was not working properly. When we went down to the front desk to speak with the staff about it, they came up right away, and when they couldn't Immediately fix the problem, she put us in a new room. Very happy with the staff that night. Thank you for your help!

Getting to the parking lot was a bit tricky at first, but once we figured it out it was okay!

The hotel looked very new and clean. The staff was excellent. The room was very clean and nice. The sheets and towels were very clean. Everything worked. The breakfast was great for a free breakfast and was set up in a very clean way. Excellent one night stay.

It happened to be pouring down rain when I drove in to Richmond/Rosenburg. I had studied the location beforehand, and had entered the address of the hotel on my GPS. The GPS said my arrival was a few blocks from the location. I had to get a relative to drive up to meet me, to be able to follow him to the hotel. It is a couple of blocks from the freeway and very hard to find. You have to drive through fast food parking lots, around an apartment complex to get to the hotel. Very hard to find. Don't arrive after dark or in the rain.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were allowed to check in early the day we arrived, which was very much appreciated after an exhausting early morning flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The location was very convenient to where we needed to get to but a little sad. There were discarded mattresses left at the side of the access road and the adjacent lot is overgrown, but the hotel's immediate surroundings were clean. This might have been due to something entirely beyond the staff's control, but there was also a very strange odor wafting through the lobby and permeating one of the elevators for most of our stay.

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was well organized with a good selection and area kept clean at all times, room was clean, temperature perfect, soaps/tissue was stocked, adequate towels, parking was sufficient, safe area, close to dining.

No complaints.

Good price for the value, everything was as advertised, confortable, clean, practical and the people where helpful when needed.

Only one washing machine and dryer, had to wait to use it, maybe be complicated when the hotel is full..

very nice and super clean hotel, front desk manager was welcoming and super nice. she politely answered my question about the deposit hold on the amount.

The only thing was the eggs at breakfast, they are not very appetizing. they tasted horrible like microwave eggs. recommend better quality eggs. it messed up my whole breakfast but other than that perfect

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

The beds were not the best quality and the hallway lights are so bright the light the room up from under the door. Also the early moring fire alarm wasn't very relaxing.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was amazing.

We did not like that the pool was not heated. Breakfast should include bacon for people who do not like sausage.

The hotel is extra clean, carpet, sheets, towels, elevators, smell clean. Staff super friendly and professional. Breakfast very well presented, hot, tasty, plus fresh fruit, Very comfortable bed with a lot of pillows, bathroom impeccable with a lot of towels. Price is excellent, I recommend Fairfield Inn and suites Hotel 100% We feel SAFE
