The guy that check me in was friendly. He provided the wifi info with out me asking, reviewed where my room was located. He just was great at providing me the necessary information without me having to even ask for it. I aslo liked the he accomodated me by placing my room next to my friends room as requested

Everything thing was as expected

I do not believe breakfast was offered. We went to a local restaurant in town to eat. The hotel is very clean, new and smoke free which was GREAT!

The only disappointment was when I went to check out earlier than the 11AM check out, no one was in the office and I had to leave my card in the window which I was not comfortable doing. After waiting about 10 minutes I had to leave. Rang the doorbell for assistance and no one ever showed up.

The staff was very nice and accommodated our request to have our rooms close together.

The guest next door to 215 sat outside of his door smoking and the smell got into our room.

The rooms are awesome with the kitchenettes! Very clean and comfortable property!

Everything was great... The stay was very pleasant.

Parking is the only problem.

Very convenient location to my event. Easy access on and off highway. Affordable rates.

No chair in the room, the bath towels were very small, no place in the shower to place items (soap, shampoo, razor, etc). We had no control of the air conditioner. There was a thermostat in the room and the display on the window unit but neither were functional. Temperature of the room was controlled remotely with no way for the guests to make adjustments. There floors were dirty, we couldn’t see the dirt on the floor but when we stepped into the shower, the water would leave the dirt in the shower.

Facility has nice small kitchen, bath, and upgraded remodeling. Bed was comfortable but noisy. Nice TV and WiFi. Racetrack across street.

Floors were dirty. Need to be mopped and cleaned after visits. Platform bed was broken and made noises when turning over.

I’m not one that prefers to write anything negative so I’m just going to tell this like it is in hopes that they’ll get their act together. The photos look great but they’re extremely misleading. I assume they are photos from when it was new. Here’s my experience started from when I arrived. The only staff being there is a family living in a room behind the desk. Nobody is ever at the front desk. They hear you come in from a bell and then they pop out of their room in a minute or 2. This was the case throughout my 3 night stay. Upon entering my room, it smelled like someone had peed near the door. INSIDE! As I walked further into the room it smelled like a garbage can. I had been on the road all day so I managed to neutralize the smell. Then I noticed several small things like lots of paint chips out of the wall, torn seals around the doors etc. Most hotels that have a maintenance person do weekly walkthroughs for this stuff. Not the biggest deal though. As I was eating dinner and trying to hear the tv that barely works, I would notice a fly or 2. Still not a big deal however when I woke up the next morning, I poured a drink down the sink and fruit flies go everywhere! Now I knew where the garbage smells were coming from. There was food in the drain. So I go to the front, nobody there, and one of the staff members busts out of their room in their pajamas and still asleep (at 7:30am). I told him there was fruit flies in the drain and I’d like them to be gone when I get back. I return around 5:30pm and someone had put a can of raid spider / ant spray next to my sink! Despite leaving a guest a can of big spray, there was not an ant or spider problem. So I pulled out the sink stopper and turned the water on. BOOM, fruit flies everywhere. I was livid and went to the front demanding another room. I was given a key to another room. I grabbed my stuff, walked in, it’s 100 degrees, the air doesn’t even work and there’s dead crickets in the bathroom.
