Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Katy

The location was perfect for what we needed. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The price was decent as well.

The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. It was clear that something had been spilled on the wall next to the bed. The AC did not cool the room well either without leaving it on continuously. The bed was super uncomfortable, which made for a rough night of sleep.

The facility was clean and the floors where quiet, it was also located in good proximity to where I needed to be. I also liked that I could use the printer to print out my itenary

I wasn't a major fan of the breakfasts served, although it wasn't a deal breaker for me

The people running the front desk’s. We were having issues with our TV in the room. They took time to try and resolve the problem by coming to the room. They could not fix the problem with the TV. She said no worries and found us another room with a working Tv that was still convenient for my elderly mother in law close to the elevators.

This hotel has good, strong coffee in the breakfast bar and a great location!

There was a mouse dropping in the shower stall. The Keurig machine did not work. There was hairy mold growing on top of the refrigerator (the microwave had been pushed back to reveal it), and the TV was sensing the remote in other rooms because every time I started watching a show, the TV would skip to another channel without me touching the remote. Weird!

I liked that the hotel/property/room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I think the breakfast offerings could be a bit better but overall a great stay.

Computers were down at the time. Long check-in. Poor staff personnel being run ragged. Breakfast was spartan.

Due to COVID breakfast was limited. Staff was helpful in making sure you got something you wanted in the bagged breakfast. Samira at the front desk was amazing. Our reservation was incorrect with the type of room we reserved. She was awesome at fixing the problem and making us feel good. Great employee. Ernesto at evening front desk was also awesome at helping and answering questions. Great representative of your organization

Room was shorted on soaps and body lotion upon arrival. Situation was quickly remedied by staff.

I was expecting no housekeeping service and we got clean towels and our room made up.

Sink faucet was loose. No hot water there but ok in shower. Was to be fixed "tomorrow". In five days it never did get fixed though they did offer to move us. Not a big problem but seems they should have known it was broken before assigning the room. Overall ok though. Convenient to Grand Lakes where we were visiting.

The gym was exceptionally cleaned and usable for all fitness needs. The design of the hotel was modern and sleek. Breakfast had plenty to choose from even with dietary restrictions. Staff was helpful and friendly.
