great location, very knowledgeable staff, able to help with all requests, I needed coins for laundry, they gave change and if they were out they suggested other nearby merchants and ATM’s to get funds. I came down without my key they provided another one promptly and with a smile. I added a day to my room and they did it all with ease. The service/ cleaning room provided anything extra, like coffee k cups, I requested! I love, love, love the blackout shade so no outside light either natural or electric interrupted my sleep.

I wish the dish/cable to the TV had a better selection and a guide to pick a channel.

Right next to a Holiday Inn, this Holiday Inn Express exceeded all of my one-night stays recently. Easy to find off the highway/frontage road and close to the myriad attractions of the area such as Hawaiian Waters, the Andretti Kart place, and more (family had a great time at these) Very minimal, simple contemp style of decor without clutter in lobby, breakfast area, hallways, rooms. Bed in my king room was like a cloud with nice linens - I have chronic pain and appreciated this so much. Tv worked great. Loved the chaise lounge for reading and relaxing, which was my main focus. Outlet strip by bed easy to reach and efficient for charging and for my medical device. Plenty of lighting. Bathroom super new, modern and absolutely spotless with those things I really appreciate such as an exhaust fan, sturdy grab-bar in shower, no gunky baseboards, and mirror lighting. Fast elevator. Pleasant staff. Quite an empty hotel but that was a bonus!

The coffee was pretty awful, but that was the only thing.

I have stayed at this location multiple times because of I s comfort and location...

I got 2 drinks (I've done this before, to keep from driving to store), well this time I ended up with charges to my credit card for over $100 for those 2 drinks... I'll never allow myself to be in a position to be stolen from again... I'm aware of may alternatives to staying at a hotel at all... Much less one that just tacks on fake charges...

Extremely clean property, quite, and great location. Everything was a short drive in distance. Restaurants, bars, gas stations, and entertainment venues were all in the area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool was a plus in this Texas summer heat! Breakfast was delicious. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff are exceptional people. This hotel is also in an excellent location.

Couldn't check out early and receive a refund for one day less of the stay.

Breakfast was made easy to take to go. The beds had cozy linens and plenty of fluffy pillows. Loved that it had a keurig in the room and I wish we would have known so we could have brought our favorite coffees with us. It was nice that they offered shower gel, shampoo and conditioner to use right in the shower. If you forgot to pack it or would rather use what they offer it makes the bathroom less cluttered.

My only complaint was that the AC unit in the room was super loud when kicking on and off and rattled pretty loud while trying to sleep. The tiles in the bathroom shower did show signs of staining from soap scum that may need to be scrubbed better but the floors and the bathtub it's self were very clean.

We stayed in a 2 queen suite that had a sofa bed. The location is central to everything. The beds were comfortable. The price was just right. Will definitely stay here again in the future when I come back through. Room has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is an iron and safe as well. The hotel did offer continental breakfast and hot coffee downstairs. The hotel also has an heated indoor swimming pool and chair lift, which was nice and a small gym with real dumbells. Just have to bring towels from the room to dry off with because there were not any inside the gym nor the pool area. There is a snack area to purchase items in case you need a snack in between outings or late night.

Somethings like the sleeper sofa don't get cleaned well. There was dried looking chocolate stains on the sofa. The comforters on the beds had some brown stains that looked like they had been washed but just didn't come out. The sleeper sofa bed had no sheets but the front desk had some washed and sent up while we went out on an outing. Also, we had no housekeeping services to clean the room during our stay so trash piled up in the room. With 3-4 people, that becomes a lot of trash.

staff accommodated us because of a very loud party on the first floor. they ended up moving us to the 4th floor for a little more quite time.

at certain days, breakfast was not served in the facility because of staffing shortage. you had to walk or drive next door at staybridge for breakfast on certain days.

Breakfast was great. A big selection. I really like how clean and quiet it is. The motel is close to a busy Highway but you never hear it. We don’t hear doors banging in the am early or at night when people come in late. Love it❤️

The staff was super friendly, place was clean and very convenient to an event I was attending. The pool and gym was open.

Pillows were not to my liking and the breakfast is still grab and go unlike the pictures you see on line. Muffins, bagels, oatmeal, fruit cup and not so great coffee. They also ran out of breakfast food items and had to get more. To management: time to start thinking pre-covid again. Let’s get on with life…..Or only advertise what you are going to do if this is your new way of doing things.
