Omni Frisco at The Star

The customer service that we received from the Concierge Desk was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised with Stacia Logan’s constant contact with me to ensure that my wife and I had an incredible stay as we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. As we checked in I learned that we had been upgraded to a suite on the 16th floor. When I say no stone was left unturned in surpassing our expectations, I mean just that. From the greeting of personalized greeting cards, the bottle of champagne, the bed made up in a romantic fashion, robes and house slippers made available if we chose, and the treat for two of chocolates was a nice touch. Also, with me being a lifelong Dallas Cowboy fan, it was also nice to look outside our suite and view the team’s practice field. All in all, my every wish to have a relaxed and pleasant stay was realized and I owe it all to Stacia’s special touch. I am forever grateful to her and Omni Hotels for providing a much needed retreat for my wife and I. If I was going to do anything differently, it would be that I would have made our stay a day or two longer. Simply grateful.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was superb!

The hotel was a short walking distance from where our training event was being held. The property was beautiful and very well maintained, but that wasn’t the best part, it was the staff that made our trip so amazing. My sister went with me to a training event. It could have been a bad time because the airline forgot to transfer my sisters luggage and we did not rent a car we just used Lyft drivers. The closest Walmart or Walgreens was 4 or 5 miles away so we couldn’t just walk over there real quick to get the necessaties and we were on a tight schedule. When we arrived at the hotel we told the front desk staff, Ryan, Sebastian and Maria, that the airport might be dropping off my sister luggage. They were so friendly and helpful, they offered us a toothbrush and comb : ) We ended up taking another Lyft ride back to the airport to get my sisters luggage and when we arrived back to the hotel it was Bismark who greeted us this time. We only stayed 2 nights at the Omni Frisco, but those 4 staff members really made our experience exceptional. We would highly recommend this hotel because the staff was so amazing and the property was beautiful : )

The Omni was just as nice as you’d expect it to be. Just beautiful inside and out and the employees were all so nice and amazing. The room was very clean and luxurious and the entire hotel smelt clean and fresh. (which sounds weird but it didn’t smell muggy or stuffy at all) Although we didn’t have time to use all the amenities, they were all so nice and beautiful. The pool was gorgeous and I can’t forget to mention the view from our room was incredible over looking the Star, turf football field outside it, the beautiful pool, and the rest of the different beautiful restaurants in the area. Anywhere you stay in that hotel you are bound to get an amazing view.

Tbh, there was nothing I didn’t like. Maybe the fact that we had to leave lol. We wanted to stay there another night but that wasn’t in our plans. Everything was pretty much perfect at the Omni, I can’t think of any downside.

The wife and I liked Everything about the hotel. From the room, to the customer service, to the restaurant inside the hotel, food was good also was open long hours for breakfast lunch and dinner. We also liked how we were able to stream our netflix, Xfinity, and Paramount+ accounts easily.

The only two things me and the wife didn’t like were the pillows, and half door shower got the restroom floor all wet when the shower was used.

absolutely beautiful and very clean. First, I have to shout out Brittany at the front desk, I booked the wrong room for a bachelorette and she fixed immediately, without hesitation, gave me a room with a better view on a lower floor and was just soooo kind. Then Bismark and Alaska the bell hops were also super kind and helpful. I left my AirPods on my key and the valet went and got them for. I did work in the lobby and everyone down stairs was so kind and accommodating. I wish I knew everyone’s names, they were all just so nice. 10/10

Angela, director of housekeeping, once again reached out to welcome us back and make sure we had what we needed. She made us feel welcomed and special and makes this hotel our top choice when we visit Dallas.

A little more pricey than we’re used to however it was a last minute reservation. Room 430 is a favorite but loud noises from mechanical room in the night.

From the minute we got on property till we checked out, we were always greeted with friendly staff. Our view from our room was beautiful. Our room itself was clean, and comfortable. There was constant activity and noise outside due to it being a game weekend, but once in our room the sound was gone. Definitely worth the splurge while we were there

I like the location of the property being close to the stadium. The patio outside was very nice.

The restaurant on the premises food was not good. I stood at the door waiting for service and when they finally came to the door they told me they ere closed. i there prior to ten pm.

I rarely got into my car. There were so many restaurants within walking distance, it was unreal. It was a little expensive but the food was fantastic. The service was excellent from the restaurants and the hotel. Everyone we met were very friendly. Nice place. Plan on going again.

Had to dish out a lot more money than I expected. Also, there was no wifi signal in my room. Had to go to the lobby to make a call.

We had the evening meal that was very tasty. We ate inside the motel restaurant. The waiter was very congenial and had a very postive attitude. We were served within the time that was appropriate.

The entrees were a bit expensive and had very generous portions so we shared the meal. We were there during the height of the meal time and it was noisy.
