Very clean...management was great...close to hospital where appointment was.

Everything was as expected from the reviews I read about facility and location.

SO CLEAN AND STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL !

The lady that checked us in when we got there was exceptional. The owners need to make sure they keep her around.

the floors in the room were dirty, like did not sweep them.

Location was convenient for the purpose of my visit. Although pre planning is a must if not familiar with highways and byways of Waco. Just google earth the area and go from there. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions I had. Overall very nice stay.

The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The chairs were not at all, either the sitting chairs or the desk chair, almost flipped over when I sat down in the desk chair, this one needs to be removed before someone has an accident, The sitting chairs were like sitting in a hole....understanding the property is dated even some newer lower end furniture would raise the bar quite a bit. I would be willing to bet the office furniture that is used daily is much more comfortable....keep in mind travelers are tired and looking for some creature comforts to relax after a long day on the road/or taking care of business. Discount rooms does not have to equate to used worn out furniture.....just sayin'.

Room is clean, great parking, good location, and friendly staff.

Room needs touch up on paint, restroom fan hasn’t been working for over a year (we book often). A little attention to room cosmetics. A little pricier than others.

i think the options for the breakfast can be more healthy instead of just bread and coffee i would definetly change that but other than that it was ok

Nice and roomy and for the amount of money it was a great value. Also when I first arrived on location the lady at the desk was taken care of a man helping him with his wheelchair to get out of his truck and to come into the lobby. She was super sweet and kind to him and to me as well so just wanted to give kudos to her I do not remember her name or I would give it to you.

Absolutely no complaints.

Everything was clean and smelt clean too. The place is excellent and so were the staff. The shower 🚿 was a bit slippy so we bought a shower Mat, but the hot water was great and so were their Faucets. We had a accessible room and they assign a parking shot to you in front of your room door, perfect. Recommend the first floor because the second balcony is not leveled and makes you feel off balance. We had the two queen beds and room is big enough for 4, not couch but two comfortable chairs and clean too. The cafe table top wasn’t glued down so that was a small problem with small children. The room was quiet enough and couldn’t hear your neighbors or vehicles. We had to ask for more shower towels since they only provided two in the restroom, but it wasn’t a problem with the staff, love this place. Near by places like Hat burger for little ones to play and eat. It’s was a quick drive and we were able to shop at near by stores like Burlington. It was harder to find breakfast and coffee near by and hotel has no breakfast at this time but they said they are still waiting on approval soon. I will be booking here again and recommend this place.
