Breakfast was good the one day I ate there, my parents ate every day and lived it.

I was in room 414 and had no issues, my parents were in 418 and they took a few bed bugs home with them, we are sure that’s where they came from. I travel with my own linens and live out of my suitcase, my parents slept on the hotel sheets and used the drawers to store their clothes and ended up with a small amount of bed bugs going home with them, we are positive this is where they picked them up. The cleaning needs to do a better job, don’t just make a bed but check it for bed bugs before putting sheets on it. Other than that, my room was nice, in both bathrooms the floors could have been cleaner, they are not being swept.

Breakfast was good, especially for our picky toddler. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel is in a quiet, newer neighborhood with shops and eating nearby which ended up being really convenient the longer we were there.

For a newer hotel, it seemed to already have some weird structural issues. Our room had a big crack that had obviously been repaired (albeit, not well) in the ceiling, as well as some cracked tiles and doors that didn't hang correctly in the frames. We also noticed that nearly everyone had issues opening and shutting their room doors because it would stick, and would have to slam it shut or force it open, which really just added extra noise especially in the early morning and late evening more than anything else. Nothing that bothered me too badly, but it seemed weird to have old hotel issues in such a nice and newer looking hotel. We also had to consistently ask for towels at the pool because there were never any clean ones there.

was very clean, excellent rooms for families with kids, I loved that it was carpet free. room was clean, perfect location if you are visiting the Magnolia company perfect parking.

my kids love the Pool when ever we stay at a hotel so we always book a hotel with this facility. unfortunately Pool water was very cold and it was in the month of April so weather was still chili. Front desk said they were getting. new water heater, hopefully they took care of this already for future customer specially with little kids and is not something they said to every customer and not fix it. so next time we book here we will make sure to know if Pool is working properly, but over all my reviews are an 8 do to the pool other wise it would be a 10 🤗.

The breakfast selection was very tasty and the rooms are very clean. I was able to have my company prepay since I don't have a company card for travel. I arrived a little before midnight and was checked in very quickly. Staff was all friendly.

My one and only issue was people being a little overly loud in the hallway on Tuesday night, who continued being fairly loud in their room. My first night sleep wasn't very good but it was more to do with other guest the hotel itself.

This hotel exceeded expectations! We only stayed one night because we had activities planned in a nearby city, and we wanted just an affordable place to sleep. I was surprised at how nice, clean, and amenity filled it was! The bed was SO comfy too!

We utilized the gym which was 83 degrees for some reason. It was so hot we had to cut the workout short. Someone came in to look at it though, so it looks like they were aware of the situation and working on it.

The room had a great couch/living area. The bed was extremely comfortable. I also really enjoyed the walk-in shower with wall mounted toiletries.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very weak and the room did not include a full-length mirror or microwave. Also, the hotel did not have a waffle maker of separate meat item for breakfast (they had an egg/meat combo every morning). However, these items did not overshadow the positives of this hotel. I'll be back if I'm in the area in the future.

The view of the golf course was nice. The room was clean. We started out with a room on the 3rd floor, but the TV was not working so a very nice lady moved us to a different room. (I didn't get her name). She heard me complaining to the guy who checked us in and immediately handled the situation that her coworker didn't want to bother with. When we got to the actual room we stayed in, it was nice and clean.

When I got to the room, I made all of the usual checks and neither the TV or phone were working. We walked down to the desk and told the gentleman who had checked us in and he tried to pass off the TV issue like it was nothing or like it would come back on. He basically lied about it and knew it wasn't working when he gave us the room. I had my 11 year old granddaughter with me. This TV Issue was one that a lot of reviews had mention 311 is one of the rooms with the issue.

The location was great and had a ton of food options around the hotel. I loved that there was a Starbucks less than a mile away! Their staff immediately made me feel welcome and were very friendly to me. I also used the fitness center the night I arrived and it was very clean and had all you would need when working out on a trip.

I had some noisy neighbors above me and beside me but that's all apart of the hotel experience. Nothing wrong on Hyatt's part and their staff was so friendly and helpful!

Staff was outstanding! We were in room 306 it was very spacious and clean.

* The door needs to be repaired * The bathroom needs a vent * The shower needs work. There is mold developing because of broken tiles. * My husband had to clear the shower drain of hair(disgusting) because water was pooling while my daughter was showering. None of us had washed our hair. Should be cleaned after each guest checks out.

My main complaint was the breakfast, eggs were ice cold, also lacking variety. I found it very unappealing. For what I received I think the property rates were rather excessive. Shortage of baggage carts, I was told that there were only two for the entire property and neither was available. The desk clerk had no idea where they were located and when they might be returned.
