Very charming and well taken care of! In spite of the fact that this is a mature property, it was very lovely! It definitely exceeded my expectations. I appreciated that a disinfectant wipe was available for the TV remote and that there was microwave popcorn in the room! Very nice touches! I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and the play area. In stead of being miserly with their ice, the sign says "Take as much as you want we'll make more." The gal at the desk was extremely helpful and cheerfully resolved a scheduling problem. Be sure to take advantage of the coupon for the famous restaurant next door. I recommend you try their onion rings and a shake! Can't wait to stay there again! 😊

We were super pleased with Swiss Alps Inn! We were very comfortable there and the room was exceptionally clean. Since they are a small family owned motel, they are on top of everything, and the customer service is great — they gave us the quietest room they had per our request. Although it is an older motel, they have renovated, so the facilities are nice. They also provided little extras like microwave popcorn and hot chocolate in our room, which was appreciated because we don’t drink coffee. We would definitely stay there again!

The only thing we had any trouble with was trying to get the teapot water to heat up for the hot chocolate they had provided us— it took a really long time. But maybe we were doing something wrong!

This was a great location and I felt like the room met my expectations. The bed was comfortable and I found the room clean. I appreciated the air conditioning and the plentiful towels. The green space is nice and the proximity to restaurants is wonderful. I liked having my car parked right outside my door.

The neighboring restaurant had an early morning (4:45AM) delivery, so the loud semi engine and associated offloading noises made for a noisy morning, but that’s not something the hotel can control. In the middle of the night, it was nice and quiet and could even hear crickets.

I didn't know there WAS breakfast! But I got a great sandwich the night I arrived at the ,(very popular) place next door! I liked that there was a big coffee pot in my room with Maxwell House coffee. And the top-quality popcorn was a nice touch. OH! And lots of big fluffy white towels! And the swings!👍

There was a dirty washcloth draped over the bathtub water spout- I assume it was the maid's cleaning rag? A lamp on the desk would be nice, rather than the glaring overhead light!

We have stayed here several times within the last few years. It is always the best value for convenience and cost, with the added bonus of being quiet, very clean, the discount at Dairy Keen (yum) and you get to park right in front of your room door! The people you deal with are so friendly! We'll be back.

Just minutes to some activities. 20 minutes to Park City for easy drive. Staff accommodating. Overall:clean, quiet,safe location,comfy large beds and convenient for necessities.Hot tub works excellent!

Accommodations needs minimal attention to be repaired/painted lavatory area and recaulked in tub area.

The location was good. The flowers on the grounds were amazing. Great place to grab a fresh fruit shake next to hotel. The font desk was very helpful when my plans changed, and needed to stay 1 more night.

Furnishings were quaint, but outdated. Would like to have room service everyday, but it wasn’t available.

Location and comfort were perfect for us. Within driving distance of lakes and trails to explore.

Having a ceiling fan would've made the room perfect. The jacuzzi being out of order was a downer, but the pool was nice.

The room was very clean and the beds were awesomely comfortable. The toiletries were excellent. We liked Heber City and it was a perfect place for us to stay midway between Reno and our destination in Colorado. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The staff were super friendly, the TV was really nice, and the room had small amenities that really helped the stay like popcorn and hot chocolate.

It was weird to me that housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30AM. My understanding is that there should be some way for them to know if a guest has checked out yet or not.
