Highly recommended this stay. The staff were so kind and attentive. This Hotel is in a rural area so if you're looking to get away from it all, this is the stay for you! It is an hour away from Zion and an hour away from the North side of the Grand Canyon. The surrounding views are so beautiful. The rooms are humble, do not expect "Hilton" settings, however, they are very clean and in tack. The hotel has a parking lot close to the building easy for loading/unloading of luggage and children. We took a small drive to a local pizzeria and the community appeared safe and clean. Locals were also very nice. My husband and I can't wait to bring our children for a family getaway.

No complaints!

This hotel is cute family hotel with some quirks. Room was big with big bath in really small town one hour drive from Zion national park.

We arrived early since the zion canyon was so packed we could not get in, there was no one at the reception. we got jacuzzi room, but jacuzzi did not work (it was not in the description, but the name of the room was confusing). Some girls tried to use jacuzzi because they thought it is public jacuzzi. AC was set up too cold but the controller was locked up so we have to get to the reception to ask them to change the temperature which is weird. You should be able to set your favorite temperate :-)

The room was really quiet. I couldn't hear anyone else in the entire hotel. The morning breakfast was good, changed daily so it was nice to have different options. The hotel was clean and tidy.

The bed pillows were terrible. There were only two towels, no daily service, which is fine, but I wasn't told there wouldn't be daily room cleaning. No bathroom rug.

Huge room, quiet neighborhood. Great breakfast. Good value for money.

It looks like a prison from the outside and it was difficult to find how to get into the parking. Receptionist wasn't there when we arrived, after ringing the bell and waiting, we had to call a management number to get someone to come check us in. Overall hotel vibe was a little unnerving but the actual room was really great.

We were here for the second time so we knew quite well what we were getting into and it was great again. It is an ideal place even for a long-term stay because the rooms are very spacious and there is plenty of room for your stuff. It has a secure parking area and breakfast is available and good.

The only downside is that when you want to go to a restaurant or a bar, you have to drive a few miles across the border, though it is definitely not the fault of the hotel.

The room was very nice! The beds were SO comfotable. Oddly, there was a closet in the room! (Google Zion's Most Wanted to learn why) Nice oak trim cabinets, and drawers on the sink/vanity and a nice comfortable recliner! There was a home cooked breakfast this next morning that was delicious, as was the coffee.

When we arrived, my husband had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came to desk to check us in. We drove around to the back of the hotel which had about a 15 foot high gated fence around the premises of the hotel. There was a nice patio in the back that was cluttered and appeared it had seen its better days. The grounds in the front and back desperately needed to taken care of and the Christmas decorations taken down! There was no soap in the bathroom or at the sink/vanity!

Big room size, nice decorations in the room and hallway. Very good location near Zion National park and other national parks. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable, on the other hand the price was very good comparing to other properties so good value overall including free breakfast.

Front Desk Attendant was wonderful. We came in at almost 11pm and she was happy to check us in and give directions on where to park. We really appreciated the late night hospitality. Room was excellent and very reasonably priced. Beds were super comfy. Room included a microwave and mini fridge.

Everything was exceptional including the breakfast, hospitality, spacious rooms and location. The value was good and was the best stay on our vacation.

It was all good aside from maybe the lack of soundproof in the rooms... Something to block out the noise could have been helpful unless I missed it.

This was a mansion that was converted to a B&B. It is about an hour from Zion National Park. It has a wonderful view of "painted" cliffs. I have a horribly bad back and the bed was super comfortable (Serenity Bamboo mattress). It was at least as good of a bed as a 5 star hotel in Las Vegas. We stayed in the ADA room. The shower had plenty of handrails, a bench, and a shower wand. The wood laminate flooring seemed warped in spots. There is quality furniture in the room, walk-in closet, and a mini fridge. It was a quiet room with plenty of hot water. It did have some Direct TV channels. The tv is on an adjustable mount. We did not eat their food and cannot review that part. It has minimal staffing. I would advise travellers to expect a small inn experience and not expect a plethora of bell hops, and maids. We stayed for two days and our room was not given maid service between night stays but we were not expecting it either. Some other guests might. The hotel is surrounded by 12 foot walls. This hotel was built originally for an FLDS leader but it is my understanding that he and his wives never actually lived there. The inside reminded me of an LDS church (I am not LDS but I have been inside a few). There are news articles online regarding this hotel's history. I would definitely recommend this to a friend & would stay there again

The bed was at an angle from the tv. I would have preferred it to be straight on. The vents were a bit dusty, as was under the bed. However, it was not that bad and not a deal breaker.
