2 Cranes Inn - Zion0

We spent four nights. The inn has four comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms, a lot of charm and personal touch and a large shared living room and well-equipped kitchen where one can cook their own breakfast/lunch/dinner. The encounter with other guests was very pleasant and a different experience from the anonymity that prevails in hotels. Conversely, the days the Inn wasn't full, it felt like having the house for ourselves. The garden, terraces and distance from the road were great. Zion NP is a 10-15 min drive away.

Air conditioning in the US is often too cold for European guests. This place was no exception.

Everything! Such a lovely stay! Large well set up kitchen with all the special extras (great pots, oil, salt/pepper). Beautiful spacious room with ensuite has a large bed, writing desk, kettle and tea making implements. Nice places to sit outside to dine in the sun watching the local birds, or large dining table available if weather does not permit.

Wish we could have stayed longer

This home was a joy to be in. The property was beautiful, immaculately clean and tended with love and a lot of thoughtful touches every where. It felt peaceful to be in. Even though we didn’t spend much time staying in - we came mostly for day long hikes at Zion - the place gave us a feeling of returning home every evening. The rooms & bathrooms are small, but everything is clean, with lot of comfort & all the supplies you would need. We asked for an extension in the checkout time because we had one last chance to do the Angels Landing hike & the owners were very kind & generous to let us take a few extra hours to come back & shower before leaving. A fantastic place to stay if you want to live near Zion National Park & want to feel the comfort of home away from home! Highly recommend it.

The bed in the desert turtle room was amazing! I had a hard time getting up and out of there!

I’m not of the generation that has a lot experience with this model of hospitality, so it was a bit strange for me to walk in and find guests dining at the table but no one “official” to help me figure the place out. That’s on me more than the place, though.

I genuinely liked everything about this stay, from the great rooms with cute coffee filters, the eco-conscious set-up, the beautiful house, great shower, incredible garden and patio, to the perfect kitchen. I also got a very fast response when the sink disposal broke - it was fixed immediately.

Literally nothing could have been better.

Everything! It was wonderful to have the communal kitchen. We brought food in and prepared and ate breakfast and dinner at the inn. There are several lovely places to sit and relax over a meal. The bed was very comfortable and good reading lights were on each side of the bed. We enjoyed the comfortable common areas and especially, the beautiful fabric arts and other handmade pieces throughout the house. Very nurturing and pleasing... I could live in this house and feel right at home!

We are smaller than average people but some might find the dimensions of the bathroom/door clearance rather tight.

Amazing place to stay. Rooms furniture art and details all very well done, high quality materials, lovely style. Kitchen very well equipped. There's a lot of extras like books and magazines you can borrow and lots of info about the park. Complimentary tea and coffee were great. Overall great vibe, place just radiates peace and beauty. Would recommend highly!

There's a self check in. Missed the human contact here a bit. Would have liked to meet the owners.

Comfortable accommodation not too far from Zion National Park, with good wifi and kitchen facilities for general use, as well as pleasant common area for games/TV/etc.

Self check in works fine however no meaningful contact with staff/owners, however this is not a significant issue and accessing the property is easy using the self-guided instructions.

Location was perfect for a visit to Zion NP. Quiet area with safe off-street parking for our car/bikes. Room was very comfortable, shared areas were lovely - wish we'd had time to lay around for a while. Shared kitchen was well appointed.

Never saw any staff/hosts but everything we needed was there, so it was fine. This was not unusual on our trip, even as we come out of COVID restrictions.

Great location close to Zion National Park. The room was nice, house was quiet, the kitchen is super organized with everything you could possibly need. Very cozy and inviting place.

Everything was great but we never saw anyone else! Maybe that should be under what we liked! Ha. Ha.
