Comfort Suites Ogden Conference Center

This property is a 10: quiet, safe, clean, comfortable, and beautiful! And the bed was fantastic: exquisitely comfortable with sheets as clean, sparkling white, and SOFT as could be. And there were lots of clean, sparkling white towels and washcloths. And I was very appreciative that there was a cart available so that I could get all of my electronics, clothes, and other expensive belongings out of my car and into my room in one trip. Excellent! I did not want to leave!

There is nothing about this property that I didn’t like!

Easy check in, super clean and sanitized room, safe location, quiet, excellent breakfast.

The young man working evenings is exceptional. There's good well lit parking. The location is convenient to the highway but there's nothing around the hotel but its captive restaurant. That restaurant is where breakfast is provided and it's not great. Staff was late to open, food wasn't prepared when they did, and what was available wasn't good. Probably more important is that the facility is undergoing a comprehensive renovation with exposed raw surfaces, and everything smells like fresh plaster and paint. It's strong. The room itself was clean and comfortable and generally in good repair.

The room was clean and spacious

our phone in the room didn’t work so reported it to the front desk when we checked out the next morning. the bathroom sink also was draining really slow, I also reported that. The TV wasn’t working in the breakfast room. I asked the woman putting the food out and she said that it it wasn’t working so my husband tried to work with the remote. It said on the screen that the TV needed to be synced with the remote. All these things need to be fixed at the hotel.

I liked my room lay out- king size bed with a nice couch. I also enjoyed the mini fridge and microwave. Gave me some options instead of eating out every meal. But I did enjoy the breakfast in the morning and I hit the restaurant one evening for dinner and some margaritas.

This is silly but I wish that there was a bathtub and there were a few stains on my comforter. nothing major and it was a very enjoyable stay overall.

The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and in good repair. There was ample parking. The location was pretty easy to get to from the Interstate.

The floors sounded hollow. Even when I was trying to be quiet, I could hear my footsteps. This can be a challenge in a multi-floor hotel. Thankfully, nobody complained, and we didn't have anyone above our heads, but it could get kind of noisy.

I spent three nights at this hotel in November 2021, and enjoyed my stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and my king suite was comfortably appointed (though I missed having a tub as well as a shower). The buffet breakfast (included) is back to a very good standard as Covid rules are relaxed. The hotel restaurant where breakfast is served also has a good dinner menu with bar service. The lobby area is very nice, with a fireplace for those chilly days.

For those with vehicles (the majority, I'm sure) this isn't an issue, but the hotel is somewhat isolated from downtown Ogden, on the other side of the huge railyards along the I-15 freeway, without public transit access. So you're either walking 45 minutes into town, through a pretty dreary industrial landscape; or taking an Uber, which will run you around 10 dollars.

Crazy bad wind and rain storm (60 mph winds) blew in and caused a roof leak in several of the front areas of the facility. Maintenacne was on the scene within minutes. Our room was one of the areas, so they moved us to the last remaining room in the facility for the entire week. The presidential suite! My son will graduate college soon and I will be recommending this hotel to all my family that is coming. 4-5 rooms at least. The breakfast was good, the restuarant had a great steak.

Clients would stand outside the doors and smoke. I am highly allergic to tobbaco smoke.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Great price, great room. Very clean.

The restaurant/bar closed at 10pm on Saturday night. We had looked forward to eating there but arrived at 9:50pm after a long flight. That was the only thing that was disappointing.

The location, price, cleanliness, and comfort we're excellent! All of this included an abundant breakfast the following day, which was much needed and appreciated after 3,500 miles on the road! Top notch, one of the best hotel experiences I've had!

Aside from having to check out and go home, I have zero complaints.
