Hilton Garden Inn Ogden

This charming hotel is located in downtown Ogden at the foot of the mountains. There are interesting restaurants, a movie theatre and a climbing gym nearby. We ate both dinner and breakfast there. The dining room is very pleasant with large windows and the dinner was excellent. The breakfast was good but not noteworthy.

This furniture in our room was very sturdy but probably old and showing signs of wear. That said, it was a very comfortable and well laid out room.

close to the city clean and nice great view free water bottles we got two rooms at first they were on separate levels but once I checked in and explained my concern they quickly moved things around and made it so we could have conjoined rooms

the chlorine in the pool was so strong we even smelled up in our room . when calling down to the main desk to ask about pool times we were given attitude. when she answered the phone call her response was “what do you want? “ the beds were uncomfortable

The breakfast was great and even better it was free for us. That was a bonus surprise. It is nice to get free water wherever we needed it. It is little things like that that make a hotel extraordinary.

The parking is always a little scary as it is always full later on and pretty close. Always worry about our car getting hit. I wonder if people park there that are not actually staying there since anyone can drive into the structure.

The parking was excellent, very close to the entrance. The rooms were very nice and clean. We came from California and initially stayed at Days inn but after one night we changed hotels because it was so disgustingly dirty and filled with drug addicts. This place was a huge upgrade and so worth the money!!!

Manager at front desk was kind of emotionless and closed off but the other young lady at the front desk was great and friendly.

The staff was very helpful. My husband had to send a fax at 11:00 at night and he was able to do that with the help of the front desk staff person.

Although the breakfast was very good, we were surprised that it was not included with the price of the room. In addition, our room was very clean but the carpets in the hallway appeared to be quite dirty and even uneven in places (3rd floor).

I was there for the ifit Summit Push at SnowBasin and this was my second hotel while staying in Utah! What a beautiful town! So many places to see, and restaurants to visit with an amazing view! Absolutely the best staff in Ogden! Even saw Maverick on my last night there! Will be back next year!!

The property is in a killer location. Food, movies, games right out the front of the hotel. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious! There is a microwave and fridge. Hot tub, swimming pool, gym were open during COVID which is great! Reservations were required. Hotel staff was extremely kind.

The hotel is great, my only concern is that it needs some good maintenance or even a little update in the next few years or it is going to be dated. These are really minor now but potentially items to fix is grout and caulking in bathroom, wall paper peeling, bed pillows didn’t look or feel as great as other hotels. Bed was still comfortable to sleep on.

The staff was excellent. From the front desk to the room attendants as well as the staff in the eating area. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

The wallpaper in the bathroom in my room could use some attention and the carpeting in the hallways had several wrinkles in many areas. Not only did it look bad it is a tripping hazard.

We love this place. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the hot tub. Perfect for relaxing

We really had no complaints. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our room was clean and the front desk hostess Sophie, texted me after we checked is assuring everything met our satisfaction. We enjoyed our breakfast, included in our booking, and it was high quality! Walking distance from many activities and other restaurants.

I asked for a 1pm late check out and was offered 12:30. Good enough for us.
