Hilton Garden Inn St. George

The room was beautiful and comfortable. Lose at the front desk was very nice. The location was great. I love to walk and could do it easily from there.

A hotel as expensive as this ABSOLUTELY should have some one on staff to help guests with tech problems. I was told there was no one, maybe, Lose said. someone on the janitorial staff might know something. As a result, I tried to fix a problem I was having with sending out e-mails and ended up shut out of my e-mail until I got back to Florida- that was 4 nights at the hotel. I had the same problem once at another hotel and someone on staff knew what to do and fixed it right away. I'd have given the hotel 100% on everything if it hadn't been for that.

The room is super comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was very helpful. Our TV wasn't working and they were very accommodating in changing our room to one that had a working TV. The hot tub is nice for chilly nights.

A bit dated, and some of the decor could use updating, but honestly not a big deal.

while I can understand paying extra for a made to order omelette for breakfast, I think it is ridiculous that an additional $5 is charged for a continental breakfast. it’s literally cold cereal and yogurt, it could (and should) be included in the price of the room.

Breakfast was served in the lobby but it was not up to prepandemic quality but this was understandable because the hotel was not even close to capacity and the staff and suppliers probably were not up to speed yet. The saltwater pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The location was not far from major points of interest. I

I booked at a lower price (2 people) than my daughter-in-law (2 adults, 2 children under 6) and she had pay more because she had 4 people but the advertisement said children were free...

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, we would definitely stay there again.

The bedspread didn't look like it has been washed - it was dingy and had some spots. Reviews of the property talked about the great free breakfast. The breakfast wasn't free. There was a $10 breakfast charge. We chose not to eat breakfast there.

I was there for a business convention. I actually left a day early due to having to drive to Las Vegas Int. Airport. The lady at the desk was awesome in accommodating me and letting me know when I needed to check out by so I wasn’t charged an extra day. I apologize that I don’t remember her name but she was Awesome! The whole staff was Awesome! Breakfast was Awesome!! Thank You!!

Breakfast at this location is terrific. The breakfast staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little dated. It could use a little refreshing.

The staff is very friendly and genuinely helpful. I was accidentally over-charged and they corrected it immediately. They care about making your stay memorable.

The location is too close to the freeway so it's a good idea to ask for a room on the back side. The rooms in the front can hear the freeway all night. Also the bedding they've used doesn't keep you warm enough unless you keep the room heat on all night. I was cold enough to throw a coat over the comforter.

Hotel staff not wearing a mask. The first time we flushed commode, water leaked from the tank. My husband was able to stop it from leaking any more.

Location, comfort, hospitality. Front Desk Staff was exceptional. Handled minor issues immediately. I appreciate them.

Room wasn't quite ready, even though the door was sealed. Staff responded immediately. Not 100% clean in Bathroom... Staff was genuinely concerned and embarrassed. They were very concerned about my comfort. It was obvious they take pride in their hotel.
