Radisson Hotel Downtown Salt Lake City

This facility was located close to the event I attended. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. This hotel is in a good location. It is close to downtown SLC, and the Trax transportation system. It is also not far from the freeway entrances and exits. The Vivint arena is across the street. Gateway mall is 3 blocks to the west and City Creek Mall is equal distance to the east. For those attended a conference at the Salt Palace you are right next door.

It was a little old and outdated. And the boiler was broken so my shower was freezing cold. Side note here, the boiler was fixed by the afternoon.

Great location! Near the convention center, mall and other downtown attractions. The light rail ran in front of the hotel. Nice pool and exercise room.

Traffic noise. Noisy ac woke me up at night when it turned on. Water pressure was sporadic. Internet glitchy. Room was remodeled but work in bathroom was poor. Minor points but the windows looking outside were dirty, light bulb in bathroom mirror was out and the refrigerator's freezer door was broken.

Very conveniently located next to the convention center and mall. Hotel Restaurant was good, and bartender Brandy was exceptional! Even though the hotel is being renovated it was extremely comfortable.

The heater was on in the hallway on the 11th floor. Made waiting for the elevator a bit toasty. My air conditioner was a big loud, and tub didn’t drain well, but since they are renovating I’m sure all that will be fixed.

It was a last minute booking and when we arrive to be honest I wasn’t expecting the receptionist to be too kind. They try very hard to meet are expectations and that made my family and me happy.

To be fair the parking garage, we felt like our car was too big to fit. It was really stressing us out to find a parking lot. We felt like the cars were to close to each other.

Our location was very good, walkable to everything and also a great view of the mountains! The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was on the larger side and had a refrigerator. There is not a microwave in the room, but there is one on each floor in the ice room. The bathroom was nice, hot shower, and toiletries were large.

The beds were not very comfortable, no complementary breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Our mini fridge wasn’t working and someone was there to replace it within 10 mins - no questions asked. Excellent location as we were able to work a block to the Arena and the mall. There was a gym that we had access to with a weight section and cardio section. There was also a bar/restaurant downstairs which was very convenient but there’s also a TON of great restaurants within walking distance as well.

Parking was $15/night but that sounds standard for downtown. Water was also charged, so I suggest buying from outside or bringing your own.

I loved everything about the property. It is in such a great place. Once I walked in the room everything smelled so clean and new. The room was also very very clean, it made me feel very comfortable. My family and I loved this place. Especially the view!! It was so amazing to see everything out the window.

I like the location to the arena and the parking. It's good to have someplace to park and not worry about your car.

I didn't like the floors were not carpeted. The hardwood floors were fine but if you took off your shoes and were walking around in your socks, you could slip. Also, when we turned up the temperature in the room, it seemed to blow cold air instead of hot air to heat up the room. We had to set the temperature at almost 10 degrees higher than it was original set at.

Very comfy bed and pillows. Attractive decor. Having a fridge. Good view. Quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Good coffee downstairs.

Broken closet door, stained toilet bowl (looked like a truck stop toilet). No room cleaners because of COVID restrictions (maybe not their fault). Staff and guests not wearing masks even though Salt Lake City still has a high case rate. Expensive breakfast buffet that wasn’t much better than the free one at a Hampton Inn.

This hotel is in a good location. It is very near to downtown SLC and the station of the airport / city circle transportation system . The bed is conformable and the WiFi was free and fast.

The room is not big and smell coming from the next room, which maybe is being renovation?
