Doubletree Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City

The rooms were well appointed. Sofa and bed were very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were very well designed, and water pressure was excellent. The staff eas very attentive and helpful. We forgot to pack our toothpaste and they provided us travel tubes to avoid having to seek out a drugstore. They were also very kind to our fur babies that traveled with us. The restaurant was very nice to make our stay more relaxing. Staff and menu were most satisfactory.

They could have a doggy park, but did have a small outside area with a garbage and baggies. There was a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby, but some complimentary water bottles or refreshments in the room would be nice.

The location was perfect. The sofa in the king suite was lovely. Very helpful as our reason for stay was major surgery.

It took an act of congress to get housekeeping to clean our suite and on more than one occasion we had to go get towels and take our own trash out. This is not acceptable for this caliber of hotel! We expected more from Hilton. We would request housekeeping and they would not show up. We also had to request a blanket and a small heater as the unit was cooler than I could tolerate and the Hotel had turned off all of the Boilers for the summer. The heater worked fine and the blanket was a welcome addition.

While it is clear that some renovations were being made to the property, Doubletree's accommodations, comfort, and design CONSISTENTLY exceed expectations. My room was beautiful, clean, modern, sleek, and comfortable. Thank you!

There was only one elevator, which made getting down to the first floor a bit lengthy. But it's cool; the property and the room are beautiful.

I loved the atmosphere, the room was great nice and clean .

We got a room above pool area on 3rd floor . it wasn’t bad , but for a few hours in evening it’s very loud of kids screaming so we will definitely ask for a room not above pool area next time . the price of hotel was not bad , what I didn’t know until getting there is they do a $50 hold on your card which is ok but they told us it’s $15 a night to use parking garage which I didn’t know so I ended up only getting $20 back :(

Breakfast and staff was excellent. Pool was a little small but was empty so was sufficient. Hot tub was great and relaxing.

Just a little out of my price range if i was to stay longer next time. I did have 6am wakeup calls 2 mornings in a row which i did not request and i reported twice. Hard for my 11 year old to get back to sleep is my only complaint about my stay.

We LOVED this hotel. It was a great price, walking distance to all the bars downtown. A parking terrance accessed by your key card. The room were so nice and clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, we were greeted with warm cookies. The security guard that worked there was very hospitable and always willing to help. We only stayed one night, but I will definitely be going back!

This hotel is amazing. We are Hilton gold members so we got upgraded to a huge and gorgeous room. Everything is so clean and comfortable. It is the most pet friendly hotel we’ve been to- they don’t charge a fee unless the pet causes damage and they even have treats. We would definitely stay here again.

The all suite rooms were perfect for our family. We got in late but the door on the bedroom enabled us to put our toddler down in a dark quiet space and relax on the couch for an hour to wind down after a long day on the road. Enjoyed the warm cookies and water we received at check in.

Honestly no complaints. Wish the price was a bit lower, but it seems on track for the current market.

Great location downtown. Not too far from city tram (2 blocks), or walk to Temple Square. Staff very friendly/helpful. Great breakfast, omelet prepared by chef. We got in late (12 pm) due to flight delays. Late checkin/checkout no problem. Called a was assure desk staff would be there late.

Large rooms with additional space. The most helpful staff at the reception desk I ever met during all my journeys across the world (when the airline lost my baggage they helped me so much with the basic cosmetics and tips for the closest shops and malls)

Windows in the room were unable to open.
