Housekeeping didn’t replace empty tissue box, phone wires disconnected so couldn’t call desk about light bulb being out ( housekeeping should have noticed both) my husband reconnected phone and bulb replaced immediately. Tv then not working. Again immediate response but problem kept continuing —- day 2 after 3 trips to room box behind tv replaced and solved the problem. Hotel seemed relatively new so wonder why so many issues esp if hotel not busy over past year and half.

This hotel is pristinely clean and is in a central downtown location. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Reggi gave us an outsized welcome:) We had a king studio with a kitchenette and while the room was really a standard sized hotel room the kitchenette was nicely stocked and the room had everything we needed. The breakfast options were decent and varied; oatmeal, cereal, crustless quiche or scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, sausage, bacon and the requisite waffles. And the coffee was decent! TIP! Cesar's Mexican food truck is outside the hotel on weekend nights and has the most amazing burritos! We bought an extra to stash in the fridge for the next night. Such a treat!

The room AC system is one where the unit below the window is controlled by a wall thermostat. We found it to be incredibly drying. We tried to shut it off completely but the fan runs on low regardless of fan set off position.

New, very clean close to everything walk around to restaurants and many other attractions.

No noice insolation what so ever, Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, noice kept us up until early hours in the morning.

Everything about this hotel made us comfortable and welcomed. The staff were super nice, there were lots of nice amenities in the lobby and in the room. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was great, as was the bed. I liked the modern and efficient configuration of the sleeping area, sitting/work area and kitchen area. There was also a nice closet that lit up when the door was opened. Breakfast was better than expected, with hot eggs, sausage or bacon, oatmeal, and croissant/egg sandwiches, as well as carb options. We appreciated the laundry room and fitness rooms as well. Parking was convenient and secure. The location was really good for seeing sights in the downtown area and there is a nice downtown shopping area nearby.

There was nothing significant to dislike.

We were there for a concert at the Delta center so I liked the location and the fact that we could walk there. Also it is within walking distance of several restaurants.

We did use the pullout bed and the linens in the closet were put in a sealed bag wet, so they smelled like mildew and were damp. There’s plenty of room to put the linens on a shelf so they can breathe. I would suggest this, or make sure they are completely dry before storing.

The Location, Cleanliness, and the nice staff. They were really helpful. Overall stay was amazing and would stay here again for business and my family.

The parking lot was small and we had to deal with the not so nice security guard. Come up with a different parking solution or partner with a closer property near by.

I loved how we were in the heart of Salt Lake City and we could walk out the side door to the patio and feel like we weren’t in SLC at all. It was quiet and quaint and the parking lot was the same! Not a stale parking garage underground. The staff was friendly and so incredibly kind! We enjoyed chatting with them and they were always happy to help with anything and everything we needed! They were also very kind to our two boys, a 3 year old and a 5 month old. It was such a wonderful stay, I can’t wait to book again! This hotel will be our go to time we visit Salt Lake!

The breakfast is simple but sufficient. Coffee and tea are always available in the ground floor lobby. The wifi is strong. The location is superb. The room is very spacious, equipped with a full size refrigerator, dinning table and nice kitchen setup. Will definitely go stay there next time.

Our host, (check in person) Jeff, was amazing, he was able to get us reservations at a wonderful steak house on a busy Saturday night. It made our little getaway that much better. Thank you!!!

Nothing! The hotel was perfectly located, we had tickets to a show at Vivint Arena and were able to walk to it. Great night life right next to the hotel. The room was perfect, clean, and quiet, even though we were next to the elevator.

Location was wonderful, clean, breakfast, nice staff.

Parking outside downtown was concerning but the city was very safe. Hotel right by bars and clubs but had no problems and the location served us great!
