Radisson Salt Lake Airport

I had to get a room extremely last minute due to another hotel with poor employees/customer service. Anyway, I didn’t catch her name. But there’s a girl with short reddish hair that works at the front desk. I was having some issues with my booking through a third-party and she was very helpful and patient with me while I tried to figure it out . I was also lucky enough to get a surprise of an upgraded room and with the awful 48 hours I had it prior to coming here that was a nice difference. Thank you to whoever you were and keep doing what you’re doing!!

The staff is really professionnal and nice. The room was clean and comfortable ! We needed an earlier check-in and they made it possible ! I am sorry i don't remember the name of the woman from the staff at the front desk, she is asbolutely amazing ! 5 stars for you !

The area is a bit far from everything, but we knew it, so no suprise for us. Booking a rental car for a long stay is the Best.

Nice large rooms, close to the airport and not far from town. The staff was attentive when I brought an issue up about cleanliness in the room and they moved us to another room.

The first room that we were given was not clean. The floor was still wet possibly because it had just been cleaned but even with that taken into account there was hair all over the bathroom floor. The entire hotel seemed quite chilly and the heater in the room had a hard time keeping it warm.

That a restaurant was available for dinner in the lobbying s served good food. The staff in the restaurant was very helpful and wanted to please. Great experience there.

Grout job in the bathroom could have been better. I know this is nit-picking, and the grout didn't match the rest of the bathroom, and gave the feel of poor quality of care for the room. The fan didn't work well in the bathroom either. Not able to move the steam from the showers or the toilet when used.

The room was great and the bed was comfortable, however, there was no hairdryer. The mexican food that evening was delicious. The bartender was very friendly, and so was Pria at the front desk.

When we arrived around 4, there were several room keys left on the counter - they were still there hours later. Also, there was a breakfast plate left on a serving counter in the bar and remained there all evening. It would have been nice if the hotel had paper maps of the city for those not familiar with the city.

Great ambience and convenient location. There was free Airport shuttle for pickup and drop off. Good restaurants nearby

After such a bad experience at another hotel, this hotel was such a huge relief. The room was awesome and very nice. It was very clean. The staff was very nice. The food facilities were awesome. I enjoyed the blue sapphire grill. It was a great place. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It www very delightful as we were attending fanX

Everything was great.

The outside and lobby were very nice…it kinda looks like a castle. I like that the AC / heater stayed on continuously and didn’t make noise shouting off and on during the night. It was also a quiet hotel.

The rooms were dated and smelled bad. The elevators were old & some didn’t work.

Close to airport and Red Iguana 2 restaurant. The exterior and grounds are well kept. I loved having a full bar in the lounge area. Was able to enjoy our drinks back in the room. Paco the bartender was very friendly too.

I specifically chose this place because the website said they had an outdoor pool. But the outdoor pool was unavailable. Covid was the excuse, but I think it was more of a convenience for management not to maintain it.

We were really glad they had the breakfast set up before 6:00am as we had to leave at 6 sharp. The shuttle from and to the airport worked out well.

Location, while near the airport, was out in the middle of nowhere. There was a bar and other hotels nearby. Not really the hotel, but more the layout of this area.
