Homewood Suites By Hilton Salt Lake City Airport

The property was clean and new. Beds were soft and the complimentary evening social was wonderful. Decent breakfast and very polite staff. The shuttle to and from the airport was definitely a money saver.

The room was excellent, clean with a comfortable bed, couch, large TV, and a full kitchen setup. The refrigerator was large, microwave, sink, dishwasher were all very nice. The location is right off of I-80 and is easy to find and to exit. When we arrived the shower head was poor and could not be adjusted, so we called the front desk. they had a service repairman there that same day who replaced the bad head and thanked us for reporting the problem! All staff was excellent!

We would like to have a overstuffed chair in the room with the couch. There were chairs at the table, but nothing to sit in comfortably for a long period of time.

Yo dig it…Me and my shorty (significant other) checked in crazy, dumb, stupid late. The front desk did not care about the hour! Despite it being ridiculously late, I was greeted with the upmost professionalism and prudence. The lady at the front desk even awarded me the congenial, compassionate customer courtesy of a 1pm check out. Yes 1pm! Where they do that at???? Crazzzy right? Consequently, this beautifully, bounteous act of benevolence allowed me to wake up refreshed, reinvigorated, rejuvenated and replenished. As my sleep downloaded and I conversed with my booby cat (spouse) I was educated with an epiphany. This lady literally saved me and my lil mama’s (wife) life. Without an adequate 5-6 hours of sleep we wouldn’t have been safe to drive another night! That extra rest allowed me to complete the cross country journey with dexterity and poise . *Impeccable customer service *Exceptional quality *Immaculately clean rooms! The stay was dope and exceeded expectations, Homewood suites is my new go to…I put that on my kids!!! Word is born B!

I don’t like that this property won’t replace all those Worst Westerns and Dusty Roof Inns! This place is top notch not a better bargain in a 100 mile radius! Now let that sizzle in ya spirit.

Great hotel to stay, clean, provide shuttle to airport

Liked the bigger suites for a family!

New, clean, firm confortable bed. Very well stocked kitchen

Too much use of single use plastic at breakfast. Should use silverware that can be washed instead. Also, the use of styrofoam plates. So much garbage is generated at a busy hotel, it really has a negative impact on environment. At breakfast there were no recyclable bins. Pillows were too mushy.

The front desk person, Ana, was exceptionally kind and friendly to four weary travelers. She was informative and efficient. When we saw her again in the morning, she was the same way. She greeted us with a smile and chatted briefly before we left. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast and lingered for a little while, making plans, before starting on our journey.

Only stayed here for one night at a time on the front and back end of a trip into Idaho, but flying into/out of Salt Lake City. So main reason for choosing this place was the proximity to the airport and the free 24/hour shuttle. And to that it met the expectations. We arrived late the first night getting in, but checking in was no problem. Our second night leaving, we had to return our rental car beforehand, so needed the shuttle from the airport that night and then the next morning for our early flight out. Shuttle system was relatively easy, just had to call when at the airport and then scheduled the shuttle to take us to the airport the next morning (4:30am) from the hotel. Since we left so early the second stay, did not get to experience breakfast, but the first stay we had breakfast and it was great. Rooms were a good size and comfortable for our couple nights.

Must have been a communication breakdown because we asked if a 'to-go' bag could be given to us for breakfast since our early morning flight left before breakfast started and they said the night before they would do that, but the next morning, did not have anything. Wasn't a huge deal for us though as long as they got us to the airport on time, which they did.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy and the room was what was confirmed. It was nice to have breakfast and the shuttle to the airport, as we had 6 people flying out at 4 different times and it was nice not to have to worry about getting everyone where they needed to be.

One of the shuttle runs was over 30 minutes late. We were getting a little stressed, but it all worked out fine as the check-in lines and TSA lines moved quicker than anticipated.

This was the first of our two night stay. This was flying in. The flying out stay was different. That's for another review though. Good Location. Clean room. Breakfast good. Airport Shuttle service excellent. Front Office staff, Shuttle Driver, Maintenance supervisor all super helpful friendly folks.

Great Property with some upside potential (as in the two queen suite some of the furniture were chipped) and the bathroom fittings were loose). Mentioned to the maintenance supervisor and he was super receptive.
