The room was spacious. Liked the roll out table. Liked the walk in shower with a good shower head. Norman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating on several occasions. Liked the full size refrigerator. Exercise room was good.

Breakfast was inconsistent from day to day. First day there was nothing left at 7:30 AM. Other days it was okay. Carlita the front desk manager needs to be retrained on how to do customer service. We saw her handle a few situations poorly ( overnight loud noise complaints ). She made no eye contact with the people she was trying to assist as if it didn't matter to her.

I like that we were close to Restaurants and sisters have to go far for food and attractions.

I didn't like that the rooms didn't have extra toilet paper and when I asked it took them over an hour to get to me, No dish towels to dry dishes used. No choice of meat other than what is on the breakfast sandwiches prepared. The rooms also could have extra blankets or cover in rooms in case you want to lounge on couch and not mess bed up.

Nice location, facilities, and nice staff we found in that hotel.

I think it is better to clean suites more frequently, not to let customers ask for napkins and soap. It is better to make suites cleaning at least four times a week.

I rarely write reviews but I decided I must write one for the Home2 Suites in Chantilly. The front desk staff Carlitta and Lathius were extremely helpful and friendly. I stayed for a week and was skeptical at first especially due to COVID. However, Home2 suites exceeded my expectations. There are hand sanitizers everywhere in the lobby and around the elevator. Their housekeeping staff had done a spotless job of cleaning and preparing the room prior to arrival. I had requested an earlier check in and I got there 2 hours prior to my anticipated time. Carlitta was gracious to accommodate me and even got the room ready earlier than promised. They were busy yet customer service seemed to be a priority and on top of their list. Social distancing procedures are expected from all guests and masks are provided if necessary. Gloves must be used by everyone when handling food items at the breakfast counter. I have not seen this level of detail and precautions taken at other hotels. I must say kudos to the staff for keeping up with health care regulations and guidelines. Lathius helped me with my bags and was just such a kind gentleman. There was one other staff though, who brought only half my luggage down to the car when I was leaving and let it sit at the entrance leaving my bags unmonitored outside. Besides him all other stafff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that guests had a safe and comfortable stay at Home2 suites.

Everything!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled from Oklahoma and out of the three hotels we’ve stayed at, this was the absolute best one by far. Exceptionally clean, the people running this hotel know what they are doing and take great pride in it. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank y’all for such a nice and comfortable stay!

Great outside seating area and lobby

Place is great but we will never understand the design of the handicapped rooms being farthest from the elevator. Seems inherent in the chain hotels. No reflection on the staff.

breakfast was very good coffee and tea available all day.

the hot tub temperature was not hot it was just a bit warm on both nights I stayed I was really looking forward to the hot tub after my long day.

I loved the decor and set up. The staff was super helpful and friendly. My teenagers loved the breakfast especially the waffles. Overall not a bad thing to say!

Location is good

Beds not laid , no room services offered . Extremely poor customer service, my account is yet to be refunded for a double charge despite several calls, emails and reminders

the fire pit outside was super relaxing and a great way to unwind at the end of the night.

The spa was out of order. There is construction next store that starts with noise before 7am.
