The breakfast was really good. There was a good variety of food. The microwave in the room was a real advantage. The people at the reception were very kind, welcoming and helpful.

It was close to airport and easy to find this location. Staff were very helpful and professional. Complementary breakfast were great!!! We enjoyed it.

Only complains we have, room was little dusty because we were sneezing a lot of times. also we wish pillows were little more formed. Other than that we enjoyed stay here and we would like to return again.

The front desk manager, I think her name is Evie, is first class. She is personable, helpful, conversant, and a delight from my perspective. We took advantage of the shuttle service twice which worked well, once to the Udvar Hazy Museum, another time to a restaurant. Both drivers were friendly and helpful and the return pickup was within 15 minutes as the driver said he would be.

can't complain about anything...... I'm a Hilton Honors member, the staff made this place memorable......

it was seriously great- had access to swiming pool, hot tub, free printing and the concierge was so kind and beyond helpful. clean all the way and everyone was so responsive. breakfast was better than I expected for what I paid. for the price range, this is definitely my top choice of hotel moving fwd!!

like others said, elevators could use restoration, but I’m not complaining- not a big deal to me

They didn't clean your room daily just like other hotels now, but it would have been nice to have daily coffee and hair care products delivered without having to go get it yourself...or call someone to bring it up.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle bus even took us to the space museum and a nearby restaurant. The breakfast selection was a good mix of hot and cold. The fresh waffle maker was a bonus. Overall a very good hotel.crudoy bacon

rooms were clean and breakfast was great, no complains. staff was very friendly and was able to give us closest rooms possible. loved their dark shades on the window, I got such a good sleep. Was nice to have a Neutrogena lotion as I love that brand.

Very clean. Smells good. Staff attentive, courteous, polite, and efficient. Front desk staff- Beverly Johnson and others but didn’t get their names! housekeeping, bus driver Sanjay… excellent.

Some of bed linens were not completely dry so bedding was cold. My elderly mother struggled to get comfortable sleep, as a result Other room guest complained about similar discomfort as ms eventually called front desk to get help.

Outside of being in a commercial business park, it is centrally located with ease of access to major roads in all directions. Really loved the mature woman at the reception/check-in counter. She was very pleasant and kind (Evie?). Great snack area for a quick snack/drink urge without leaving the property, included toiletries and traveling essentials such as aspirin, grooming, etc... Easy access to and from IAD airport. Goddess, fresh, clean lounge area and breakfast bar.

Location within a commercial business area. Slightly dated room. Too many male personnel (unsure who they are, not in Company dress) loitering and speaking in a foreign tongue around guests. Need to return to daily change of linen/cleaning of room (or lower price of room 30%). Monitor unattended juveniles at breakfast (notify parents/guardians they are to be in attendance). Consider 10am for an end to breakfast. 9am for cross-country/international travelers is still a bit early with time changes and jet-lag. Coffee bar needs to be an all-day available item.

Location perfect for the airport, quiet hotel really with friendly, helpful staff who couldn't do enough for me..Enjoyed the breakfast and the only thing I'd change would be an extra fried item for example all the food was great but possibly add bacon, but this is definitely not a complaint..the food was nice.

Having stopped there 3 times I'm more than happy
