Fairfield Inn Dulles Airport Chantilly

The hospitality was awesome from everyone.

The breakfast could use a little more variety. It would be nice to have vegetarian options. Example vegetarian eggs and vegetarian sausage. As well as English muffins and the turkey and pork sausage was cooked well enough or done all the way for my husband. It would also be nice to have a hot bar to cook your own eggs or omelet. The pool wasn't open and that was a bummer. The concierge stated it was closed permanently. That needs to be stated on the website for future customers. We thought we would have enjoyed the pool and that didn't happen.

This hotel is perfectly fine if you need to be in the area, but for what I paid, I believe that I have found similar prices for hotels near Dulles that offer early shuttles and the option to park. This hotel had neither - the shuttle doesn't run until 7 am and the staff said I could not leave my car there for the 4 days that I was going to be away - and it isn't that close to the airport (12 min drive). But really a fine hotel! Nothing much to report and you might find that it is a really good price for you.

No early airport shuttle, no parking options for traveling - I love when they offer you to pay $7-8 a day for parking because it beats the $12 economy lot but no option.

The cleaning staff was outstanding. They were friendly and helpful and available.

The clerk at the front desk on the day I arrived. He was nearly impossible to understand, wore his mask under his chin (notes everywhere in the hotel ask us to wear masks when in common areas) and when I got the wrong room and asked to change, he mumbled a whole bunch of incomprehensible words and gave me another room. Still not the correct one, but I gave up at that point.

Nasir, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and answered all the questions well. You can tell that he loves his job and is not there just to collect he check at the end of the day. The hotel conveniently close to the airport, so expect some noise from airplanes. The room was clean. The carpet was fresh and clean.

Great location near lots of shopping and restaurants.

The room was really nice because it was a suite but one of the things I never like I don't care what hotel it is I don't like to be across from an elevator. The other thing is the bed was hard as a rock, so uncomfortable for me and my husband we have back aches after staying there they need to get new mattresses.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was nice and the property was decently maintained.

Our room had a standing shower that we were pleasantly greeted with. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and shower effort and care in their jobs. Clean rooms, tasty breakfast, great location.

The staff member Nasir was amazing! We’d had a terrible experience at the airport and he immediately made us feel welcome and organised us an airport shuttle very last minute. We had many questions and he answered them all and was very patient. Thank you so much.

Tight parking but wasnt too bad.

Loved the room. Really comfy king size bed, great tv with HBO and other streaming services included in the night stay. Shower was fancy. Just loved it.

Initial room I had ordered was uncleaned and not ready when I went up to the room, HOWEVER when I went back down they upgraded me free to a kingsize bedroom and it was amazing. So the Con turned into a win.
