The room was spacious

Housekeeping obviously didn't check the refrigerator after the last occupant as there was very smelly rotting food. The shower curtain rod was loose and therefore the curtain couldn't be closed completely, but fortunately water didn't spill on the floor as a result. All 3 times I was at the front desk, checking in, when I tried to report the smelly food, and checking out, there was no clerk there as they were otherwise occupied.

Breakfast was great and the staff was pleasant and friendly. Room was comfortable and provided a nice 'home base' away from home. WiFi was fairly fast but very reliable, which really helped with a few business-related tasks on an otherwise personal visit. Our location was a short drive from the Petersburg historic district, which we enjoyed.

We stayed at two other hotels during our trip to, and in New York. Both were disappointingly sub par. We booked Radisson because it was a three star. Turns out Radisson costed less than the two stars by a bargain by comparison. It was clean, quiet and very pleasant. The staff was happy and always smiling. The door card keys worked every time and check in was a breeze. We'll book Radisson again. It is now our first choice when we travel by car.

Great for our stop over before continuing on to South Carolina. Check on staff was so friendly. It was me, my husband, and 2 kids. Got a room with 2 queen beds. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. was included. Wawa, Sheetz, and Dunkin are across the street. Easy on off from I- 95.

it was a decent place to stay. it was close to everything that I needed to get to.

I didn’t like the elevator. I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay a $100 due to my hotel was already paid in advance. The reception was demanding I had to pay cash money, which I thinking it was just to hold a card on file. But overall it was decent.

Clean. Comfortable beds.

One bedroom suite but both beds in the same room, I call that a studio not a suite. Sister was supposed to be with us but had to cancel due to storm. Would not have been comfortable without separate bedroom. Breakfast. Very Very dry French Toast. Plastic eggs. Small area with no overflow - crowded! Corned beef hash ok. Lack of seasoning, sauces etc. Just packets of ketchup. Hash needed hot pepper sauce. No cream cheese or preserves for bagels.

Loved the location as to where the event was that I was attending. Was in a location that made me feel safe as a solo traveler. TRULY appreciated Brian, hotel staff, I had an issue that I addressed and he immediate resolved it PLUS he was very nice and pleasant at check in & check out!

Wasn’t thrilled about the taste of the breakfast food. Arrived for breakfast at 8am and not a good selection of hot foods. Would have liked more hot food options.

I have stayed here a couple of times and I know it’s a busy weekend but the shower was broken and no towels our 1st nice. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

I liked it just when I went to breakfast on Monday they closed earlier than 10 and started cleaning up at 930. With no explanation.

Professional, kind desk, breakfast/kitchen, and cleaning staff - Ryan is a GEM!! The brother deseves a raise (smile)! Clean room, great breakfast - lots of variety, plenty of parking. The lobby area was cozy and and comfortable. The laundry facilty was a blessing. Just an overall, great stay! Job well done!

No biggie - the tub did not have a drain plug/stopper.

Breakfast was great! It was much better than we expected. Location is perfect when traveling north to south or vice versa from the northeast to the south (Florida for us) and back. We had more time on the way down and stayed with family and friends. Needed to break up the return trip and this was perfect!
