Hyatt Place Richmond Chester

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had difficulty getting the TV to turn on and they were there immediately to fix it. Every evening, when we came back to the hotel they greeted us with smiles, a friendly hello and inquired on how our day went. The breakfast was delicious eggs and bacon or sausage and fresh strawberries and blueberries. We follow a diabetic diet and it was perfect. Of course they had waffles, cereal, bagels and lots more.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Expected more options. It was just ok. Should have offered bacon in addition to the sausage. Should also consider a waffle maker. I don't remember seeing fresh pastries.

The staff were amazing. The gal who checked us in was wonderful with making accommodations for my service dog. We had put a note on our reservation that I had her, but it didn't transfer through to the hotel, and she quickly made the changes to be sure we were in an appropriate room.

I would have like to have had a microwave in the room, but it definitely wasn't something that made my stay any less enjoyable.

The hotel was by far the best place we have stayed Cleanliness was exceptional The staff was awesome and friendly The beds were Extremely comfortable And the room was sanitized and smelling so fresh and clean. We travel a lot by car and have stayed in many hotels enroute down south. By far the best place we ever stayed. I was very impressed. A++++++

The view was lovely and the room was quiet.. The breakfast sitting on outside deck was delicious and pleasant. Wait staff excellent.

Parking was very expensive but convenient. Service for obtaining car excellent. Did not like the VERY LIGHT bedspread on the beds. It felt like another sheet and we froze the first night, but then got a slightly heavier cover. We did not have air on and do not like to use the dry heat, probably would have made the room too warm and stuffy.

this was a comfy place to stop while traveling. The beds were nice and comfortable enough. It was plenty of space for everything. There was a fridge in the room.

I wish they had a room with a king bed available. Covid style breakfast wasn't very good to me. There was only one microwave for the whole hotel. The TV connections and inputs weren't working properly and we couldn't use our firestick

The staff was very professional and always greeted us with a smile.

I like everything about this Hotel, no recommended changes at this time.

It could have been a bit cleaner like the elevator floors were dirty. My room also had a broken tile

It was a typical Hyatt Place so I felt comfortable; the location off 95 was a bit longer than I like but once we were at the hotel, 295 was right there and easy to get back on 95.

There was nothing to dislike. Good stay, clean hotel and rooms, nice staff and comfortable room.

Located right off the interstate and easy to find. A Waffle House, Wendy's and Taco Bell within easy walking distance. Due to covid, the breakfast was pre-packaged containing a breakfast sandwich, muffin and bottle of water. Coffee was also available. So, it was very nice actually. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more.
