Rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. One policy I liked is that they will not enter your room while you're staying there so guests don't have to worry about anyone being in your room while you're gone. If you need anything, like towels, you need to ask and they're more than happy to get them for you.

The location right off of I-95. Choice of going into Petersburg or Colonial Heights, very little difference in travel time. Room clean, beds very comfy, and a quiet area. Also, the toilet was backing up into tub the second day of our stay but was fixed same day within a few hours, very quickly. .
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

This motel was a blessing during our power outage in this area..it was very surprisingly nice ,clean, no roaches but where it's located is in a very high crime dangerous place but slightly a little on its own out the way..it still has all the things you'd expect in a very very high crime area..but those I encountered at the motel were very nice and courteous and dressed well..so whatever the individuals were partaking in they seem to respect all the normal guests

They over charged me. I was charged $64 dollars through booking.com and when I paid at the front desk they charged me $83. The overcharge made my account bounce which has led to more issues for me. I want to talk to someone about gettin that extra money back plz

My bathroom toliet wasn't clean, no new roll of toliet paper not sure someone use the toliet and no soap in the room. Usually it will be tape so you know it's clean and no one was in the room. Gave no discount for this happening.
