I like that the staff was supper friendly and interacted with us all. Any request was answered, and the breakfast was very pleasing and satisfying. The room was cleaned and stocked well. I had access to any store or restaurant I needed to get to. Overall, we had a good stay and I will stay again!
I didn't like that. I was supposed to have a double queen suite with a queen sofa, and they didn't have one on the site, as mentioned by the night clerk Bella that checked me in on May 22, 2023. If I was paying for a 6 guest room with a sleeper unit and only got a 4 guest room with no sleeper, it was very misleading.

Our air conditioner stopped working and when we called someone was up at our door within 5 minutes. Couldn’t fix it right away tried to restart the breaker. That didn’t work so he talked to his manager snd the next night they had us in a different room with a working air conditioner:) (it couldn’t be that same night because they were 100% booked so there was literally nothing to do at that point which was totally understandable)

Wifi quit work9ing right, TV channels and Telephone quit working. The shores of the pond out back were a disgrace with trash everywhere total let down to see all the trash on the grounds.
