Friendly, helpful manager. Pet policy and pet amenities. Size of room and all the kitchen amenities such as dishes and cutlery. Very helpful.

As a family suite, you would expect more than only 2 chairs - one of which was a desk chair. No way for a family to eat together - no table, only desk. Large space by tv should have a small couch or two chairs. Not one heavy re liner

We arrived 2 hours earlier than expected, the staff cheerfully said they could accommodate our early arrival and got us into the room within minutes. The room was spectacular, 350 sq ft, Looked like a small apt. All the comforts of home, including a full size sofa bed and a recliner in the living room. The whole complex was clean and bright and festive. Great value !

I wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was perfect for us. The room was good and we were very happy to be able to have our cat with us.

There were homeless people camped in the parking lot near our car and room. Also, it was difficult to find.

Great place to stay.... Everything was great. It's central to the area we were looking to house hunt in. The staff is great and if there was a problem they were there to take care of it right away. The room has a full size refrigerator and cooking pans , microwave, all dishes and cutlery is there. Just bring your groceries and be at home. Comfortable bed and the shower is perfect. Enjoyed our stay.

There is nothing we didn't like. It was what we were looking for, as a temporary home, while looking for a new home.

We loved having the kitchenette and a full size refrigerator! Dana at the front desk was friendly and professional. The room was moderately comfortable and we appreciated having a laundry facility.

There were two washing machines but one wasn’t working. We wish the little convenient shop near the lobby was better stocked with some fresh food items. The pet area is not well monitored and several guests did not pick up after their pet. Lastly the parking spots are too narrow.

We had 2 rooms. My daughter had to call and complain because the room next to her had a constantly barking dog! We usually do not stay anywhere that pets are allowed due to allergies and noise. I’m not sure we realized that this hotel was pet friendly. The issue was resolved fairly quickly.

The kitchenette was great, with a large microwave, full-sized fridge and freezer with icemaker. We were here for our son's soccer tournament, so we also used the laundry facility downstairs to clean stinky uniforms between games. Also a short walk from decent food - nothing fancy but fine for a family or travelers passing through.

Coffee for the in-room coffee maker was not great but we weren't there for luxuries. Starbucks or an excellent Woods Coffee shop very close.

We brought our pet and the rooms were pretty sound proof. We didn't hear any other animals. Also our room was right next to the pet walking area, which was perfect. It was so nice to have a recliner as an added chair. We didn't use the kitchenette, but was fully equipped if we needed anything.

A little larger sitting area would have been nice, but not necessary.

The containers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were nice. I like the location because I felt safe and it's easy to get on and off the freeway. I like the kitchen and the kitchenware and fridge.

There wasn't any curtains on the window that gives privacy and keeps light from coming in.

Everything was clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. I'd rate our experience a 10 except for the below.

No breakfast. This could be a deal breaker in the future. For the same price we could have stayed next door at the Hampton and had breakfast too.
