THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT BUT HELP OF THE YOUNG LADY """SAM ""WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE TRUE DEFINITION OF HOSPITALITY!! Upon arrival the first thing i needed was Ice-- There was no Ice machine-- at check in-- Sam immediately brought me a bag of ice that she had in the motels break room-- I found Sam to be a wealth of information - She also went out of her way to give me the road closures and routes during the parade and festivities. My grandson needs some extra help and this info everyday was so appreciated. Sam was professional and seemed her position there was important to her.

2 things could have been better -- #1 -- the Carpets need to be replaced #2 -- it would be good if the AC unit in the Suite could be moved to the other window -- (so its not blowing on the couch) (minor) :} #3 Replace ice machine in a more timely fashion

Really appreciated the level of cleanliness and effort to make the stay comfortable within the limitations they had with the older facility. Our bathroom was sparkling clean. We were promptly given the extra towels we needed. They were plush and new but they also weren’t stained like some reviewers have experienced. We didn’t need plush new towels. We just needed towels. The mattresses were comfortable and two choices of pillows, firm and soft, were really nice. The fridge and microwave were great!

Their ice machine was broken, which happens. The staff at the front desk explained they’d already paid a lot to have it repaired only to have the repair service say it was unrepairable. It was not a huge deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time for our needs. It also would have been helpful to know the fridge didn’t have a tiny freezer section to chill our ice chest cold packs for our day out of the room. Also, our iron leaked like a sieve so was unusable. It is old so noise is an issue but none of those things was enough to cause us not to stay again. The location was perfect for us and the price through Booking.com was affordable.

Room size was great. Beds were very comfortable. View of mountains was excellent. A/C worked better than expected. It was great to have two different restaurants and a Rite Aid store within walking distance of the property.

The towels were a little bit on the not so white side but okay overall. I wish the property offered some type of breakfast. It would also be really great if the room got "aired out" in between as it smelled a little bit musty and "smoky".

It was within walking distance to a few small stores & gas stations. It conveniently located right off the main road so it was super easy to find. The staff during check in was really friendly and welcoming. The best thing about the room was having a back door with private patio area and the beds were also extremely comfortable.

The table lamp in my room didn't work and the light to the stand up lamp burt out within minutes of being there.

The bed was super nice, the sheets were insanely comfortable, everything was quite clean. Maybe a little run down and in need of a remodel, but other than that absolutely excellent.

Just the general motel/inn vibes, but honestly it was really nice compared to some of the other places I’ve been

The manager Callie was very smart and on top of things. Also they have 20 security cameras and very well lit. And I wanted my vehicle to be safe. Great value for the money. Great location. I'm going to stay there again when I'm in town. No doubt.

It was a great price for the area. They accommodated our late arrival since my plane was delayed and their office closes at 11:00 pm. It was a nice big room with a courtyard, I only saw the gazebo because we left early.

It was a little worn.

Location so where we needed to go was great. Room was decent sized. Beds comfortable.

Room cleanliness was a little lacking. Blankets had dirt marks on the top comforter. Ceilings and walls had dirt marks.

Location is great, right next door to our favorite Mexican Restaurant, Lorinzo's (have great margaritas among other items) It was quite as well.

The room wasn't as clean as you would expect. I know its an old motel in need of updates but the coffee pot still had coffee and grounds in it and the floors didn't look like they'd been swept in the bathroom..

The beds were comfortable with good pillows. It was nice to have a door that led out to the pool.

The towels were stained. There was stains on the carpet.
