The unique furniture was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and clean.

The front desk attendant was curt and condescending. It wasn't too welcoming to come into. There was no ice machine and when we asked for ice we got enough to fill a cup dumped into our ice bucket. The back door at the end of our hall was left open most of the time. Peope sat out there smoking which came right into our room.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with a living room, eating area and kitchen. It was quiet and comfortable. I would stay there again, and even in the same room.

It smelled like someone at sometime had smoked in the room. Strong enough to notice, but not strong enough to ask for another room. Many of the windows were cracked open to help air it out. Some sort of air freshener might help. I forgot to ask for the internet login information and had to go back to the counter. It would have been nice if the check-in person could have told us up front, but not a big deal. I only mention it to help improve future service.

Was an excellent place to pass a night during our traveling vacation :) The rooms were nice and inviting, especially the suite but also the double bedroom. We arrived pretty late and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful.

There weren't enough towels, and when we went to the lobby there was no one there. Though I should note that we arrived late and we didn't have the opportunity to check more than once in the lobby. Other than that, was completely excellent and amazing!

Effortless check in, spotless room, everything as promised, easy parking, central location, right across the street from a big grocery store and other amenities. I was ungraded to the Honeymoon Suite at no extra charge. It was a vast suite with gigantic furniture and very quiet. Breakfast was easy, quick and casual. This is a well run motel and excellent value.

it was centrally located to everything in Oak Harbor, Walgreens across the street as was the specialty grocery Haggens . Morning continental breakfast was good with choice of bagels, English muffin, toast or specialty muffins plus OJ and coffee and water for tea available all day. The room was clean and very comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Staff were lovely.

The only drawback was no elevator.

The whole place was clean. We got the family room and it was GREAT. It was clean and spacious. It had a mini fridge and microwave that was functional. It had 3 beds that were comfortable. The 5 of us ( 3 adults and 2 rowdy kids) weren't on top of each other at all. We easily could have stayed another night or two.

It smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby. Also there were a lot of signs about being fined for various offenses. Sad that it was probably necessary to do.

Central location close to everything including waterfront parks. Check in easy. Very accommodating. Gave me a room on the 1st floor because I cant climb stairs due to knee problems. AC worked well. Tv with cable.

I dont have any complaints maybe extra furniture not really required by window as room was kind of small.

The room we had was comfortable, clean, and fairly quiet. On the back side of the hotel so no street noise. The breakfast was good but limited because of Covid restrictions. You can't beat the location; it's right downtown Oak Harbor, close to shopping, food, and the beach.

Security wasn't very good. The doors were left open most of the time to allow the breeze to cool the hotel. The price was a little high but there was a lot going on in town that weekend. You make you money when you can.

Friendly welcoming from the staff at check in , time efficient management help me get me to my room in just a few minutes, I wish all my Bookings went so well .

Better area to prepare food and drinks , tea , coffee, soft drink , sink by fridge and microwave to reheat take out food , wash hands before and after eating .

We were given the Honeymoon Suite. Wow! What a room! It was actually like a one-bedroom apartment. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Last time we were given a room with 3 queen beds. That was great too! I guess all the rooms must be larger than normal. We will still here again!!

I didn't like that I left my phone charger behind.
