Stay Beyond Inn & Suites

Everything about the place was great! Clean, up to date, amazing breakfast! Pet area was awesome and it's a good location right of highway but very close to down town.

The woman checking us in actually checked us into a room that someone was already in. We had arrived at 1:00 a.m. so you can imagine we scared the holy living beesers out of the person who was sleeping. Likewise it was very disturbing for myself to walk in on someone like that. When we confronted her she told us that we were lying and no one was in the room. She then lied and said she checked the room herself which she did not and then told us that no one was in there it was just dirty. I did not appreciate being called a liar, nor did I appreciate being booked into someone else's room. However the staff in the morning were super friendly and we're nice enough to listen to our complaint take note of it and pass it on to someone above them.

Staff was great. Very clean. Excellent location if you are going to be spending time at the track or travelling around the area. Rooms were comfortable. Nice fridge and microwave.

Dogs barking in the room next door was not fun at 7 in the morning. Pet friendly rooms are great if you are travelling with a pet. not so great for those of us next door.

The breakfast is really good. They have a great business center. Rooms are clean, staff is excellent. The location is excellent, reasonably priced community with grocery store up the street.

Shower does not have a cold it's lukewarm or hot Wi-Fi is unsecure and when there's a number of guests staying in the hotel the Wi-Fi is a little slow

The staff and housekeeping were awesome. Continental breakfast was really good. Love the blackout shades in the rooms. Very quiet, no noise til people start leaving

We've stayed here before and remembered much firmer pillows. Would be nice to have at least one firm one available.

Kimberly was a great help to us. She was very friendly and knowledgable. It is great to get the personal touch when you are traveling and she provided that. Facility was clean and well kept.

On site laundry facilities, they even supply detergent pods.

Two out of three washing machines out of order. No meat item included with breakfast

It was clean, very nicely decorated and modern. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We travel a lot lately and it was a pleasant suprise to have a nice, full, sit down breakfast.

The bed had Springs that made a lot of noise(like a hideabed). The bed was comfortable just noisy. The room seemed small and had no microwave or fridge.

breakfast was good on the weekend, Monday morning no eggs but...a good variety of choices over all

the ice machine was out of order or was unplugged due to covid?? not good lighting for night in the dog run area... can't pic up poop in the dark? and no dog poop pick up bags, thankfully we had our own

Breakfast was great, a very pleasant surprise. The omelets were superb.

we would like to see some King sized beds made available.

It is very close to my client! It is clean and comfortable.

No exercise facility. I just usually stay in service oriented hotels.
