Nice, large sized room that was clean and updated. The tv was in Hd, Unlike a recent hotel I stayed at. overall a good enough place to spend the night

Everything was just fine except the damn prickly shower matt, It hurt the bottom of my feet so much I almost couldn't use it. The only reason I didn't was the last time I stayed here, I removed the matt and fell and hurt my back, Im fine, Just do something different with that shower matt, Its terrible

Good value; room was spacious and clean. Staff was courteous and capable.

The only issue wasn't due to the hotel - Booking.com gave the hotel incorrect dates. Even though the confirmation info Booking sent me was correct, they told the hotel different dates, so the hotel didn't have an accurate reservation for me. The guy at the front desk showed me what Booking sent them, and it was off. But, he was able to accommodate me and was very polite about it. Frustrating that Booking.com got it wrong.

Rooms have been updated, were clean, and in spite of our misgivings when we saw the location, it was exceptionally quiet. We also loved having a double king room!

Bedside lamps did not work (easy fix). It is an older facility that is clearly a work in progress. The rooms were great. The outside is yet to be finished, it appears. The location concerned us - between two highways - but that turned out to be just fine. No noise issues!

Inexpensive and the front desk staff was great.

The people around us were up all night and running the shower/bath multiple times throughout the night. We both had planned to take showers in the morning, but there was no hot water.it was very disappointing, and it appeared that they clumped all the guests in one spot instead of spacing it out so it that it was a little quieter and maybe have hot water. I'm not sure if it's one tank for the entire hotel or maybe a few rooms share. There are not many plug-ins, so plan accordingly if you have lots of devices.

It’s convenient to everything. Denny’s, the market and gas station are walking distance. only about 45 minutes drive to ocean shore. Love how it had a mini refrigerator and microwave. Its so quite and peaceful.

When I arrived which was around 6pm no one was in the office. Had to keep buzzing for staff. Took about 5 minutes.

super friendly host - nice rooms. Needed a last minute place to stay for myself, my adult son and his friend when we realized that our hotel room in Ocean Shores was TERRIFICALLY far from our 6am fishing boat trip out of Westport. Appreciate the last minute accommodations which are way nicer than what we're used to when we're going fishing.

My room smelled slightly of old smoke and the bathtub needed some love.

The location was easy to find and situated in the center of town. There were several nice places to eat and shop. It was also a short drive to the beach.

The parking lot was kind of strange the way it was stiped at one end. The exterior could use a little work. Thankfully the room was actually pretty nice.

Huge suite with a wonderful king bed. It was like a small apartment in size. Very clean room and bathroom. Also had comfortable furniture. Very quiet location for being on one of the main business routes.

Toilet handle was broken in the bathroom. It was very late when I arrived and only stayed one night so I didn't call to have it fixed.

I Absolutely love this hotel! It's comfortable they have no problems when you ask them to do something they get on it. the communication was really good, They let us know at Check in that if we were gonna need clean towels and our garbage taken that we needed to let them know and we needed to leave. And that was totally fine. Most places wouldn't tell you that. And I had ice issues and they immediately got on it and I really appreciated that because I had food that couldn't stay out of the freezer. The beds are super comfortable, The hotel location is right in the middle of Ocean Shores and Westport. It was quiet and relaxing. You're definitely get your money's worth, I really have no complaints.

I felt like having a double Room it was missing a kitchen. It's a nice place that I've now been to twice.the rooms could use bigger or more garbage cans.for sure.having 2 very small ones for a large family in a double room wasn't enough. The ice the fridge was on issues in our double room and the other single room. Decorate a little more.

It was comfortable, clean, near the centre, Aberdeen is in my heart forever , thank you for your hospitality, the installations were good, nice bed, everything was as I spected, thanks again, hope to visit again soon!
