The INN at Gig Harbor

The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. I was happy to have a coffee maker in the room that used k-cups. Mini fridge and microwave. Staff very friendly.

The bathroom was small and needs more than one towel rack and there is no place to put your toiletries except the sink top. Update the bathroom a bit and then I would given a higher rating

Room was very clean, linens immaculate, bed covers washed between each guest, pet free floor (4th floor), room is very spacious and extra room in the family suite extremely useful.

Holes in the walls from what seems like previous fixtures that haven’t been spackled and painted over yet, wasn’t a huge deal considering how clean everything was.

The room was big. The bed was very comfortable and big. The heater in the room actually worked. The heater did NOT work in the last place I stayed, so I was happy about the heater! Cable TV had great channels. The shower actually had excellent water pressure. The bath was stocked with bar soap - great! I much prefer bar soap over liquid soap. Breakfast was great.

Only one small problem - the coffee was not strong enough.

The room worked very well for 4 adults, there were not enough towels, but the staff were available to get more. The breakfast was good and very convenient. Great Brew Pub and cider + pub nearby.

Not as close to Gig Harbor as I thought but the upside was, we took an Uber into Gig Harbor and it was a pretty reasonable ride plus received lots of info from our driver.

Front desk was very helpful and made dinner suggestions based on us having kids and helpful overall. As a family of 5 it is nice that we are not split up into 2 rooms and you have a suite so we can all stay close to each other as we still have young children. Nice to have a lot of Towels when traveling with kids.

The toll bridge to leave that area.

Great location and Alex was excellent at the front desk. Please try surprised our room was upgraded, my kids loved the room.

The breakfast was not the best compared to other hotel stays. Very limited selections as well. I could tell there was still some work to be done in the rooms. Fixture fixing, paint , walls, etc.

Room was very nice and spacious. It was a double king w/jacuzzi tub. Each bed was in its own partitioned side (think two room, but with one door from the hallway).

Separate double king beds (which were great!) each with its own privacy (also very cool)- There was only one TV for one of the partitioned sides of the room though.

we are a family of 8, so got two rooms. Having the option to book rooms with 2 queen beds and a king was amazing to be able to spread out and be well rested. The breakfast spread was good, and having lemon water always available at the entrance was a nice touch after being outside exploring.

The room was a good size. The bathroom was well stocked. Having a Keurig rather than one of the simple, small, drip machines is great. Had I known that, I would have brought some of my favorite coffee to brew rather than the cups provided.

It seems like 99% of the smaller hotels I've stayed at (in other words, places other than large resorts/casinos) suffer from AC units that make unacceptable noise in one way or another. The way they are noisy varies - the one here had a very large rattle/vibration each time it cycled on for about the first 45-60 seconds. When we were staying, the AC was cycling on about every 10-12 minutes for a couple minutes during the night. That means that every 10-12 minutes, for about a minute, there was a very loud vibration/rattle. That made it difficult to sleep soundly through the night. I think someone from the staff should rotate through the rooms and stay in each one for 2-3 hours. While they are there, they should try out the TV, fridge, AC, WIFI, lights, bathroom fan, etc.

Room was spacious, clean, and did not smell like cleaners. As someone who always has to air out a hotel room as the first point of order, it was a welcome surprise. Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast was very good--full american breakfast and a decent selection of light fare as well.
