Great Location. My room was very clean and quiet.

Breakfast was ample. Nothing hot except oatmeal. Sugar free cranberry juice would have been nice. They did have non-dairy liquid creamer which was great! Perhaps Yogurt with lower sugar like a Greek Yogurt would have been nice. Staff was VERY accommodating . We had requested and received an ADA accessible room which was very helpful. TV worked fine once it was fixed. We appreciated that we were given some extra time to check out; since my wife has mobility problems. The hotel was located in a very convenient area to find restaurants and other services.

A walk in shower would have helped. However, there were grab bars in the bathtub. Otherwise, please see above.

Exceptionally clean. Older building and nothing fancy by any stretch but well worth the money. Very comfortable bed. Close to freeway and restaurants.

We were expecting a breakfast as advertised however they still are not serving breakfast. We did chose the location based on the fact it had breakfast included. This was disappointing and added extra expense to the trip. Sack lunch with fruit and granola bar was available instead. My family is allergic to bananas and that was the only fruit option.

There was no hot breakfast. However, they provided a banana, small container of yogurt and orange juice, and a small pack of cookies. Would have preferred a hot meal but what was provided was decent. Coffee was included as well. The room was clean and there was a fridge, and the TV was nice. Furniture was nice as well. A desk and a couple chairs were helpful when working.

Upon arrival, I was told I booked a smoking room and that to book a non-smoking room will be an extra $10 fee. I was not happy about this because I don't recall booking a smoking room. I tried looking up my booking on booking.com but was unable to find it since the date passed. Other than the added $10 fee, the stay went well and the staff were friendly.

Friendly easy check-in, (they let us check in early), we got our requested ground floor room, fairly comfortable bed, soft pillows, good Wi-Fi, good size TV, good location, a stone's throw from Denny's and short walk to other restaurants. Also worth mentioning, we were on the back side of the motel on a Friday night and even so it was very quiet. Having a fridge in the room was very handy to store restaurant leftovers and other thing needing it.

Some things looked a bit worn out. The room rate seemed high for what we got, but this is one of the most affordable motels in Lynnwood, if not the most affordable -- this is the way things are these days. Inflation!

Quiet, very clean room and comfortable bed with very friendly staff! Great value for the area, would stay again.

Small room, older decor, small bathroom but not a deal killer since it was clean and I was a solo traveler and didn't have to share space with another person. The coffee downstairs, however, was horrible. All that was available for breakfast was a banana. Again, not a deal killer but until more than that is offered, I would take it off the amenities list.

The staff is always gracious. I had changed rooms and it was no problem, very accommodating.

I find the breakfasts fresh and hot. At one point, I asked if they could mute the TV. The staff took note that no one was watching and turned the volume off.

The staff was awesome. I made this reservation for my friend's 90 yr old mother, Ruthie. Our area had record breaking temps at 108 degrees It was very hot in her nursing home. I called and spoke to Sarah about checking in early. She went to confirm the room was ready. She also turned on the air conditioner to make sure it was cold in the room😊 Ruthie reported that she asked for help with controlling the air conditioner later and someone helped her. She had a restful and pleasant stay.

Great option including simple breakfast for families, not far from Seattle but still sort of pricey (paid $200CAD for 18 hours). But it was high season so I guess it's ok.

A bit expensive for a normal stay.

cleanliness, also the fact that the management didn't allow non-registered guests in the room. I had just come from another motel that was running prostitution in their rooms

there was no light source that could be turned off/on from bed.
