It and parking lot looked newly painted and clean. We liked where the office was and that someone came right away when we walked in.

We didn’t like the smoking ashtrays outside of each room. The chairs were nice but I have asthma and at least in some Stares you have to smoke 20 feet from a public facility. You had a table and chairs set up a little ways away from the bldg but still encouraged people to smoke right outside their rooms by putting ashtrays out. Someone did smoke and we had to close our window and we did not like the smoke. I hid the ashtray by the steps so no one would sit in the chair by our door but someone put it back and we didn’t appreciate that. Also we found two spiders in the room and I wasn’t happy about that.

Hard working friendly staff, clean (microwave, fridge, bathroom, bed etc), comfortable hotel, with minimal noise and fast reliable internet - at a good price. Hot shower with good water pressure. You can see this is an older motel but there is a lot of effort to try and maintain it.

I would have liked a lamp in my room. The AC wasn't whisper quiet, but it wasn't bad either. The noise it makes, helped me sleep by drowning out any outside noise - and it cooled the room! Yes the AC is 5ft away from the bed as per the other review. Where else would it be? Unfortunately I forgot to check if there were any batteries in the smoke detectors, I'm glad the other review did that for me.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and with a good layout. It looked like upgrade work on the parking lot had been done recently. The outside atmosphere was very good. It was obvious the owners were spending time and money to make the grounds pleasant.

The location was easy to access, but perhaps not such a great neighborhood. There were a fair number of sirens at night, and even police loudspeaker commands to someone in a white Hyundai to exit the vehicle with empty hands.

Very friendly and accessible staff. Attention to details in room - spotless room, walkways cleared of snow, xmas lights, close to dinning/grocery & freeway.

The staff was friendly and checking in and out was super simple. The room was clean and there was a mini kitchen in the room I wasnt expecting. It was a cute little room.

The bed was very firm (but I prefer a softer one) and the pillows provided left much to be desired. One was so flat it might as well have not been there and the other was super lumpy. Ended up buying my own pillows for my stay. Other than that it was a good stay and I would stay here again.

The customer service is excellent. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe there. There appeared to be a watchful presence by staff who visually monitored comings and goings of cars/people. One nice gentleman loaned me a phone charger. The price is very good for the area.

The sink would not drain. The manager, upon checkout, was very apologetic and said he was the one who did maintenance for the last thirty years. But, the plugged sink hadn’t been brought to his attention by the maid or previous roomer. Also, the bed mattress was very lumpy. Time for a new one in unit 33!

The shower had the best water pressure we've ever had staying at a hotel! Beds were fine. Staff was great and responsive and extremely polite and helpful.

Towels were designed for size 0. They really need to get some towels that fit 'normal' sized people - something that actually will wrap around the body. Also, tissues don't cost much - make sure they are supplied in your rooms.

I booked a room without breakfast, so I have no comment on that. But nearby have a supermarket, Chinese food restaurant is very convenient. Very good for a Business trip or conference.

You have to wait five minutes to have hot water to come when you take a shower, That's too long make you think there is no hot water supply.

Property staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even supplied a Memorial Day Barbecue Party. Bed was super comfortable, Wi-Fi was great. Room was very clean. Within walking distance of a great grocery store, harbor freight and restaurants. Great value, great place to use as home base to see Seattle.

The manager/desk staff was incredibly helpful and charismatic!! Quick check in, quick check out. Loads of space in the room! Felt like I was alone in the world, which is AMAZING!!

It was a distance from the hospital, a bit long, but that is more the Washington driver's than the hotel. The hotel was so nice!
