Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Lynnwood, Wa

We liked the bartender who helped us check in when we were standing in line and the one front desk staff member was busy. He suggested Green Lake for us to go SUP the next day, which was great, less crowded than Lake Union would’ve been. Wifi was good. Shower stall was large, loved the high quality toiletries. Night light in the bathroom was brilliant, so as not to wake you up with bright white light. Overall, clean, modern. Hot tub and pool were good. Gym looked fully stocked with equipment although we never used it.

Being so close to I5 meant it was noisy, even though the window doesn’t open.

Room ok, shower stays cold for 2 minutes before warming up. Breakfast smelled good, but we are at friends. Facility is kept up to white glove standards.

Room was supposed to be ADA compliant. (Given to us for luggage space) But as a former wheel chair user from injuries, I can say it's not fully ADA. There is no room next to the toilet to park a chair. Only in front of the toilet which means a complicated maneuver by yourself or lots of help from companion. Shower is not wheelchair compatible or handicap friendly. There is no way for a person to roll in, no bench to sit on to shower. No handheld shower head So not a solo ADA room. Might work with a companion and guest would need limited mobility in the legs to manage in the bathroom.

The room was new and clean. Everything was decorated nicely. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is strange but I liked how the shower door glided so nicely. The sheets were soft too. What else can I say? :)

The TV was not easy to work and I wound up not watching (had to call down to the front desk). I wish there were bottles of water sitting in the room. That's it. Why is this section saying I'm almost done? :)

It was a busy place but the staff did their best to see that we were taken care of. The parking lot was full and one of the guys at the front desk let ys oatk where he was parked. He gave up his parking spot for us and he did it several times for us. The other guy helped holding doors for me and let me in when i forgot my key and helped get me extra towels. Both guys did a great job and should be recognized as great people to have for the hotel.

It was very crowded and busy. Parking was hard to find. But the two men at the front desk took care of us!

Great location, close to everything, very clean and comfortable room. Surprisingly quiet for being next to the freeway. Room has all the things one could need. On the west facing side you get a lovely view of the sunset. The king bed was perfect, soft but not too soft, clean, lovely smelling sheets, lots of pillows. Staff was wonderful. I'll definitely return!

It was a bit loud when I checked in. There were 3 guys at the bar whose voices echoed throughout the lobby making it difficult to hear the staff member checking me in. The chef was out so I couldn't order room service and had to go out and find a place to eat. Thankfully there are many nearby.

Very clean and excellent condition, staff very helpful. Very much appreciated a nice hotel that will accept our small (emotional support) dog.

Road construction to enter but that is temporary. Long walk from room to elevator. Next time will request a room closer to elevator.

Everything was wonderful except the wifi didn’t work—tried connecting to the free and paid options. Called the front desk for help by what they recommended didn’t work.

We were able to get adjoining rooms which was awesome.

Ciggarette butts outside, there is no where for people to throw them away, I had to look all over to find a garbage can to throw something away inside, and the chair in my room needs to be cleaned, it was gross.

The wall separating the adjoining rooms aren't sound-proofed too well. The family next to ours (not related) were quite noisy even after midnight. The employee who checked us in did not inform us of anything (I think she was actually a manager). As a former hotel employee myself, I remember being trained to inform guests of hotel amenities upon check-in. We didn't get the crib we requested online, but that didn't end up being a big deal.

I love everything about this place!!! It's just that Covid sucks and they were being extremely safe and getting folks to sign up for pool space. The only problem I had (which it's a problem at all in the big picture) was that the only time available was between 9pm and 10pm. And my butt is worn out at 9pm LMAO. The front desk employee, Mike, deserves a raise. He's so polite and so helpful.

There could a been a winning lottery ticket placed on my bed on top of a golden tray surrounded by diamonds and gemstones. ; ) The wasn't anything I would change. I'll be staying here again when needed.
